Firstly thank God for the algorithm that lead me to Kimonoji, because of that I was able to purchase the Shinku Samue Set. I'm impatient sometimes with online orders, but with Shopify and Kimonojis team, the order was swift and perfect. I was updated towards the process of the order and it gave me a peace of mind. I'll definitely and certainly order again from Kimonoji in the future.

My experience was top notch. The sales team caught an error in my order and instantly contacted me to ensure I had truely selected 1 item the same color. That is excellent customer service. Jenny reached out to me via email and made the correction. My delivered items were correct. I must also comment on the quality of the items. Smooth fabric perfect for lounging and bed time. My family members has already requested set's for their birthday. I will be placing another order soon. The funny part is I'm not sure what country or State the product came from as I didn't question it based on a speedy and traceable delivery. More than 5 Star's. The customer service is worth the purchase, price and experience

I was in Japan on holiday and this company came across my feed on social media, I actually checked them out here before purchasing. I bought the buttery soft cotton loungewear and the padded house jacket - had to size up for the loungewear but I absolutely love them! 7-10 day delivery time but I really don’t mind waiting for a great product!

It’s so soft and comfortable that I wore it all morning as I worked around the house, and had my afternoon tea. My neighbour & my sweetheart complimented me! I can see other colours in my future! Thanks so much for the excellent service!

I ordered a samoe and was very pleased with the product. I took advantage of the 20% discount coupon that accompanied it to also purchase a hanten. I’m even more impressed now. The hanten is well made and unexpectedly warm.

Got the orders and they were abysmally low quality. They were shipped from China, stuffed in a plastic packaging bag (without any protective covers), and came out all wrinkled. The quality of the products was very low; it's like clothing for cheap plastic toys. And the order that I got had an awful stench of damp and burnt plastic. I literally had to put them in an airtight box and asked for a return. And surprise to me, they only accept returns all the way to America and not paying for the return because selling stinky clothes wouldn't count as a defect.

It's a lesson for me to check, if it's shipped from China, don't buy.

These are beautifully constructed clothing. They are both stylish and comfy. They came nicely packaged and were delivered promptly. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely love my seigaha samue set I ordered about a month ago! It’s the perfect size, and really makes me feel like I’m in Japan again! Plus, I keep getting compliments from my parents every time they see me wear it!

The product - Japanese style loungewear - is elegant, comfortable, warm and looks simply amazing. I did have an issue, but the customer support team was outstanding. Not only did they resolve the matter, but they also went out of their way to do so. Bought 3 more!

The product promotion is misleading. They are supposed to be Japanese products but are actually made in China. The recommended sizing of garments for Caucasian is incorrect. If you think you will fit a medium get a large. The quality of fabric of the Samue is very thin but is reasonably well made. However, considering the cost of the product it is not value for money. I would not recommend their pyjama sets.

In the UK, for over £100 you would expect a premium product with premium finishing and I am afraid this is not it. The collar lining is a shiny synthetic that looks very cheap on an outward facing section. I can understand internal linings being a cost saving, but something so front and centre has no place on such a premium good. The insulation thickness is insufficient to call it meaningfully padded. The jacket was covered in loose threads and unfinished ends to the extent that I would never have bought it if it were on the shelf.

Look widely online for the designs and you will see the same thing being sold at the appropriate price elsewhere.

It has also taken me, without exaggeration, 6 emails back and forth to get the return instructions, which is just not reasonable in my opinion.

My jacket came in record time. This company seems to go out of the way to connect with their customers. My jacket is beautiful and everything I wanted it to be. it is warm and stylish and the minute I wore it outside I got lots of compliments. I was noticed and asked about it!

Excellent quality products. I am 1.9 meters tall and 104 kilos, this jacket fits me very well. I would buy from this seller again and recommend to others.

Pyjamas took a long time to arrive and were awful quality. The labels were ripped out when the pyjamas arrived and the fabric was incredibly thin and poor quality. The return process is designed to be as difficult as possible to deter people from trying to get their money back. Avoid this terrible company.
