Cancels orders no explanation

I placed two orders this morning. Both orders I received emails that the orders were refunded. What? Why?
I didn’t cancel the orders. This company cancelled the orders and late in the day, leaving me no time to find another company to deliver flowers for my mothers birthday or to my daughter recovering from surgery.
Is this company still in business? I wish I would’ve read the reviews about them before I placed my orders, because according to the reviews, if they’re still in business, I’m shocked. They certainly shouldn’t be. What a joke. Two canceled orders with no explanation whatsoever. What a disgraceful company this is. The reason I gave one star is because I had to, in order to post a review. This company deserves no stars.

If I could give kimsflorist.com 0 stars I would.

We placed an order 6/9/21 and put instructions for the delivery to be given to the occupants at the residence. They knew what arrangement to expect from the delivery person. Delivery was supposed to be for the 10th and we paid $6.00 extra even though it wasn’t same day delivery, plus service charges, tax and what not. The arrangement arrived late in the day and was left on the doorstep and sat for sometime in the hot sun before another family member arrived home to find it there. The arrangement that was delivered was not even remotely close to what was ordered. So, we called the number posted on the website. Except, no one ever actually answers the phone and they never call back after you leave a message. We called and left messages 3 times about this order with no response. We emailed with all the details and pictures of everything relevant and got no response. The phone number must be some sort of compliance satisfier because it is not manned so far as our experience goes - ever. Don’t use this service. There is no quality control, no communication, no customer service, and a complete black hole. The only thing they seem to be good at is taking your credit card information and rapidly grabbing the money. STEER CLEAR OF Kimsflorist.com.
