We just got duped too!!!!! My son ordered a Xbox controller not knowing this place is a SCAM! Why hasn't it been shut down yet?????? They even sent a UPS delivery notice. I AM SO PISSED! I will report this to every person I can find. DO NOT ORDER from this site!

This is a FRAUD WEBSITE. Paypal wont be of any assistance because the merchant provided a tracking number they claim and the site hasn't been taken down. You wont get your package and ups claimed they couldn't do anything either. I deleted my PAYPAL account and I wont be using them to purchase a damn thing. I cancelled the card used as well because they weren't of any help either smh. I also contacted the Federal Trade Commission. At this point there is no justice for customers and all they do is give you the run around. Paypal, UPS, and your card company! Just know karma is a bytch kinastee!! 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽

They are a scam!!! they provided a fake tracking number claiming my video game weighed 37lbs. They claimed they left it at the apartment complex office to a subject who doesn't even work there. Their phone number and email are bogus. I tried calling and keep getting "the google subscriber is not available" and their email was returned to me as undeliverable. **** DO NOT BUY *****

Same as all the others......they give you a tracking number for a package that goes to an address in your zip code. UPS said that the tracking number was not for my package but would not give me the address where it was delivered too. I filed a dispute with PayPal who sided with these thief's since they provided a tracking number. There so called support email address is a fraud also. I was going to call their 252-289-1460 number today but why bother, it's probably disconnected fraudulent also. I should have known better when I never received a PayPal payment receipt.

This website is fraud... fraud fraudulent. I am doing due diligence by reporting to everything there is to report... understand. Don't used them. They take the money and you'll never ever see any merchandise.

I should have known when you try to set up an account you can't. When you call only machine. When you email them "it doesn't exist" said the email server. And, no email confirmation or sale/receipt nor tracking number. These are all "red flags". It goes through PayPal to collect funds so they know who she is. It time to let all the agencies do they thing.

SCAMMER!!! We ordered 3 blenders from them, they sent fake delivery notifications. We never received anything. Can't get a hold of them via email or the "customer service" number they provide!! WILL BE REPORTING YOU KINASTEE!!

Kinastee.com is a fake site. If you attempt to purchase something, they will take your money (of course). You will not receive a receipt. Then they will ship a dummy package to a (presumably unwitting) business in your ZIP code, with signature delivery. When you complain to PayPal, the "seller" responds to PayPal with this "proof" of delivery. If this happens to you, cancel credit your card payment to PayPal, then alert UPS that you didn't receive a package and request proof of delivery. In my case, I was able to receive the address of the local business, UPS declared the package "lost," and I filed a dispute with PayPal. It's still pending...

Agree with Jas who just posted 2 days ago exactly what just happened to me. Bogus!! Stay away from any online retailer that you do not know period. COVID brought out the worst of everything. Bring this site down.

This site is a total scam. Will take your money, provide a fake UPS tracking number, and never send you a thing! In the process of trying to get a refund from Paypal (which so far they have denied saying the seller provided a tracking number). Total garbage. Going to file a complaint with the FTC. Need to get this website shut down before they rip off more people from their hard earned money. Makes me sick!
