I didn’t even want to give a one star review. The fake flowers I ordered were an absolute disaster. I might as well thrown my money in the garbage. I let my two small grand children put them in a plastic pot and even they said how cheap they looked. Shame on this company. Scam.

I ordered the wireless vacuum, upon receipt it came with the wrong charging cable. Despite repeated attempts to get them to send it to me , the best they could do was offer $3- credit telling me to go buy my own. Secondly the power of the vacuum is grossly overstated in the video. It is more like a toy rather than a practical device. Stay away… poor service and a dud product

Hi! I've bought an "Handheld Car Vaccum Cleaner" 6000 pa for 26,08$ VISA card, last january 15th 2023 but not received yet. Is-that normal ? Can you tell me when I'll get it, please ?

The merchandise purchased was defective and they would not refund and blamed to delivery company

Kindduckling advertised a pair of boots on Instagram and the middleman company is xborderecommerce. If you look at the product website, it looks like they are shipped from the US because there’s a US flag. They advertised a well made pleather pair of women’s ankle boots on their website, which, (when the product arrived a month later) was the cheapest pair of crap shoes you could ever imagine. about 7 ounces each and stunk of petroleum, made of plastic, which was already crinkled. Additionally, they charged seven dollars above what they quoted me (which I did get them to refund). Then to return the product they make you pay for shipping to China which is about 20 bucks or they offer you $10 refund on $40. So clearly this is fraud and they are making about 70% on your purchase through their scam. Warning to all not to trust any ads on Instagram !!

By far the worst company in all my years of shopping. Terrible quality, they will NEVER EVER fit North American shoppers because the measurements are NOT as shown. My husband has MANY tailored shirts so we are POSITIVE of his measurements, so we went ahead and bought MANY being confident on sizing - WRONG SO WRONG BIG BIG MISTAKE - they offered us $20 USD as compensation. BORDERLINE FRAUD as I again reiterate the measurements on the sizes are WRONG and so no one will EVER be able to order their right size based on that - they are COMPLETELY AWARE of this which SUBSTANTIATES MY FRAUD comment.

Please stay away you will thank me.

I order two items from KindDuckling. They have been in order for almost two
Months. They now say they couldn’t be delivered to my address but for $17.00 they will try again. If I don’t send them the shipping money I will not get the product. Scal big time.

Order from them and all you get is a runaround - no product , no refund. Keep well clear of these scammers of the worst order. Facebook should be ashamed at running these adds and the many others using strange names from the same parent company

This is a scam company. They will send you tracking updates, they will send you automated responses, but nothing will EVER turn up.

It’s almost 3 months now since I ordered shirts for my husband. This a total scam, first they charged my card 3 times I had to claim my money back through paypal. I have never received my order. They keep giving excuses and telling me to be patient or they don’t work over the weekend. You have been warned!! This is a scam, not kind!!!

Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. In December 2021 I ordered some glasses and have sent the at least 20 emails and I just get the run around. It’s been 7 months and still have not received a credit or the glasses. You’ve been warned- SCAM COMPANY

Ordered 4 bath mats had not seen reviews on them unfortunately. Stay well away from this company they are crooks. I lost £170 to them and they do not answer emails

Yep, another poor sucker like so many before me. Bought the bathroom floor mats in January and guess what?? No mats. Scammed big time, even after sending an email asking where my order was - no response.

Lie repeatedly about shipping progress when it became obvious the whole set up is a scam. No specific details and fake, unaccountable responses to months of chasing up. Horrible dishonest humans behind it should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Horrible quality and unable to return even though there sight says it’s possible. STAY AWAY
