Nursery items
The items (Moses basket, blankets, other nursery items - I can't actually remember and don't have a confirmation email to check back on) arrived within around a week. Everything was there and good quality. So that was great!!
There was literally 0 communication though. No email confirmation or delivery details, so that was a bit unnerving, especially if we weren't sure if there was going to be a delay and potentially baby arriving before the stuff, which would have obviously meant that we'd have to place an order with someone else out of necessity...
Emailed them to ask for a confirmation for the order and never heard anything either.

Ordered 3 items and had issues with 2 of them. Customer service were quickly to respond to my emails and a DPD collection was arranged at no cost.
I ordered the Moses basket fitted sheets which were different dimensions to the ones advertised on the site - 5cm difference. This meant that the mattress (bought also from Kinder Valley) curled up significantly.
Second issue was that I was sent the wrong mattress. I had paid slightly extra for an upgraded mattress but was sent the cheaper one. Easily done. I decided just to return rather than exchange as I didn’t want to risk any more issues arising when I needed the item so quickly.
For the sake of saving a few pounds, I wouldn’t buy from this site again. I ordered the equivalent items from John Lewis which are far better quality and are the correct sizes.
Although these issues were dealt with by customer service, no apology was issued which left me further disappointed.

Moses Basket
Ordered a moses basket and stand and it was delivered within 48 hours.
Excellent service!
The stand was very easy to assemble and no issues.
The only disappointment was that the mattress in the moses basket is not really fit for purpose and very flimsy. Not a huge issue since I have ordered a more substantial mattress for the basket due shortly.
Excellent value for money the moses basket and stand and would recommend!

I did not receive the item, nor did I receive confirmation emails or dispatch notices.
I am also still awaiting my refund after not receiving the item. The order was placed 12th April!! Not good enough.

The bed was amazing but the delivery service left a lot to be desired, no emails no information from Tuffnels about dates times or anything, they informed me it was up to you to advise of dates and times, but their website states they let you know
