Bought a box for my daughter and she…

Bought a box for my daughter and she was really pleased with the selection of products in the box. I did not need to contact customer service so I cannot comment here but I am considering buying her a subscription in the future as think the value is good. Happy to support another vegan brand!

They are a wonderful, caring company

They are a wonderful, caring company. I have asked for help a few times, and they were immediate, and helpful. The items aren't always for me, I am well spoiled! I have a dear friend in a not so great living situation, my gift boxes make her day. I love that it has items she will need like deodorant, tooth brushes, lip balm. There is also a few makeup items. I am very picky, and Kinder is awesome, and you can get already made boxes for a song

In the beginning I really really…

In the beginning I really really enjoyed this subscription beauty box, but recently I must say that their customer service is lacking. I got behind this brand so much that I purchased an annual subscription in June. However, I was having trouble canceling my monthly subscription so I would have to go in monthly to cancel the monthly box. Finally in September I did contact them and asked them to help me because I was not able to do it in their dashboard, but it was already too late I was already charged for the monthly box. I contacted customer service and I asked them to please cancel the box and refund me the money for the monthly because I had an annual subscription because I would not like to receive two of the same boxes, so what they did was they canceled my annual subscription box for the month of September went ahead and charged me and sent me out the monthly subscription box! Rushed it out. I could tell it was rushed out because you get to have choices and they sent me to eyeshadows instead of one and another choice and it was haphazardly packed together so that they could keep my $30 instead of refunding me the money, so I have been in an ongoing battle with their customer service, and their great idea is that I should then re-box this one send it back to them at all the inconvenience to me so that they can then talk about refunding me the $30 for the monthly subscription and then send me out my annual subscription box which I think is absolutely ridiculous I don’t understand they’re thinking I don’t understand their customer service or lack there of and I have said so in numerous emails finally today I sent them my final email and I told them that I would just go ahead and pursue the refund from my banking institution and show them all of the emails between us. I will give them until tomorrow to contact me to be fair, but needless to say they have lost a customer for life after this annual subscription is over I will not return to them. It’s unfortunate because I was really behind the brand and the whole concept of them and what they stood for! Not now. From one very dissatisfied. Customer.

Tried one box already, planning to subscribe for a 6-month plan

I ordered the July box 2022 on discount before their supplies would run out, to see whether it's worth subscribing to a 6-month plan in the future. At first I didn't receive tracking information about the box for a week, but upon contacting them, they quickly helped me access the tracking link. The box arrived in a good state, not completely worn down. There was a toner and an ampoule with thin glass, which didn't break so that's great.
The box had very nice and quality products, all worth the price that you paid for. Really, really loved each of them, so I'm sure all the other brands they feature in the future will be good! As their website states, you can skip a box if you don't wish to pay for a certain month, which means your plan will stay, but you will only pay for the next month's box if you wish to. Because of my good experience with Kinder Beauty and flexible subscription (allegedly), I'll probably subscribe for a 6-month plan soon.

Mystery boxes

Purchased the set of 3 mystery boxes, they took a while to arrive but being in the UK I expected this. I was very surprised by how much came in the boxes, out of around 15 products there was only 1 item that was a sample size! All useful products and brilliant value for money. I would get the monthly box if they shipped from the UK, such a nice idea having a box that supports small businesses.

Excellent products! I also had to contact the customer service and they were super efficient and solved the problem in a few days. Recommended.
