I had a problem with the delivery address and I tried to reach you by phone and you are not available by phone only by email.
I still haven’t heard anything from you and I don’t know where my package is.

Quality and looks at a good price
Very happy with our IGEE high chair and bouncer from Kinderkraft. We've been using the bouncer for 6 months and the chair for a few weeks now without any complaints. Both feel durable and fit well in any modern interior. Definitely recommend them, as they are worth their very reasonable price!

GLS did not deliver it at the house
GLS did not deliver it at the house, as requested. They have delivered it to a GLS pick-up point where I cannot go. I requested them to send it back to you and get a refund, as I still have not received it.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. From the tracking we see that the courier attempted delivery to the address, however, the package could not be delivered. We will process the refund as soon as the package returns to the warehouse.

The stroller looks sturdy and well designed. It is exactly what I was looking for. However the assembly instructions are extremely poor and it makes the first impression very annoying. Dark arrow on black pictures, come on. It looks like no one has reviewed the assembly instructions. Also the pictures in assembly instructions don't make sense sometimes..it must be improved.
