I have really enjoyed using Kindful for the past three years. Our office combined 4 donor and communication platforms into Kindful. It was the best decision we could have made making things more efficient and effective for our office. Our donors enjoy having access to view and make changes to their account.
Kindful has worked hard to improve its customer service and are quick in their response times when questions do arise. My only disappointments have been the reporting systems, the donor auto-merge and integration with Active Campaign. I am confident that they will be able to find solutions for these issues. Overall I am happy with this platform!!

Kindful has been a great way to create a donor database for our organization for the first time. The Kindful team is always so helpful and patient when I ask questions and has given so much great guidance.

Kindful has been super helpful for our organization. Before Kindful we used a system of google spreadsheets and PayPal to manage and keep track of donation. Kindful has been a game changer for us. We are now able to track all donations accurately and process donations through PayPal and Stripe. There are so many useful tools in Kindful like the acknowledgements and peer to peer fundraising pages. We've been using Kindful for 3 years and I wouldn't change a thing.

As a small nonprofit, who are always looking for bang for a small buck. I found Kindful to be an exceptional tool for my nonprofit. It consistently strives to provide more services and stay update on what it offers. My organization find the system easy to use and understand. In addition, the customer support is always readily available to assist us with our questions. Upon looking for a CRM tool, we found Kindful to be very innovative, ease of use and the right price for its offerings.

I love Kindful. As a small school with a small donor base, they have been great to keep all of our information in a user friendly, easy to navigate database system. I also find it very easy to pull reports with the information I am looking for and to update our giving pages.

Really enjoy the transaction charts and graphing capabilities as well as the overall ease of use. Integrates well with most things. Wealthfinder has also been a good resource for our organization.

In general, Kindful is a great tool for our organization, easy to use.

Kindful was a lifesaver for us. We had donor records in a database, but no way to easily find relationships, track donations easily, and create reports. The ease with which we were Babel to send out tax information letters was worth it!

Kindful makes creating fundraising campaigns so easy! I can track donors and contact them and track the success of the campaign with a few clicks. The interface is very user-friendly and I love that I can customize the look of every campaign to achieve the precise look I am going for.

Kindful support is very helpful and whenever I have had a question about something the person I have talked to has done their best to understand my question and try to solve it. I do with there were some more refined query techniques, especially to be able to include soft credits and more refined householding.

Your staff is always extremely helpful when I call with my crazy questions :) Thanks so much for making it easy to organize and acknowledge our donors!

Kindful is easy to use, comprehensive, and integrates with other products we use. It makes managing our donors and event donations easy and makes outreach a breeze. Highly recommend!
