Love this company they went out of their way to fix an issue I had that was not even their fault. Shipping was super fast and the juice flavor was on point! Will be ordering again and telling others about it.

My first order from them was good, The second order was awful. What was supposed to be vanilla smelled rancid and absolutely nothing like vanilla. I followed their instructions on steeping it and it was still revolting. I reached out to them since they have 100% guarantee, but unfortunately they never answered my email. I would not use this company they obviously sent something to me that was a bad batch and nobody caught it. If you’re looking out for yourself and hoping that this will be a healthier alternative I do not think that they’re trustworthy.

I ordered after reading an article online about them .The flavor Pirate's Gold sounded delicious unfortunately instead of being like banana bread with rum it's just old banana bread tasting .I let it aerate for over 48 Hours as suggested and it's still just smells and tastes like old bananas no rum no nuts. I feel the customer service representative took offense to my complaint and told me that I needed to return the product in order to get an exchange. I asked about return shipping, that was a hard no I had to pay for that myself. Said they would not send a shipping label which means I would need to take a trip to the post office which I do not want to do during Covid. I asked if I picked a different flavor if they would pay for the shipping back to me and they said no, they would give me store credit and if I purchase $45 worth they would pay the shipping so it is absolutely is not worth it for me to return this product and I'm disappointed. I wanted
an organic product and I paid a lot more than I normally would for Vape juice but ended up getting disappointing service and disappointing product. and the very last email that I had accused me of trying to run a scam. I wasn't aware that it was a scam to ask for return postage to send back a product. It wasn't like I was going to take the postage lable and slap it on something else. I also was not aware that the post office will pick up things from your home without being a business so for that I am grateful to know otherwise this whole experience really really stank.
Update: they sent me a refund of most of my money and I'm not trying to ruin anybody's business I'm hoping the guy who answered my emails was a one-off and I'm getting this refund not because I did a harsh review but because they saw what he said to me and thought that might not be best practice. I'm not trying to sound ungrateful for getting a refund but it would have also been nice to have an apology for basically calling me a criminal.

I wish there was a star for "between 2 and 3". But since there is not, and I don't find this average, my review stays at 2 stars.

Initially when you order, the site is easy to use and navigate (like previous reviewers have mentioned).

The cost of the juice isn't outrageous but isn't what I was expecting. I'm used to spending around $23 for my juice (shipping included). The bottle from here cost $24.99 and then, with tax and shipping, my total cost was $28.98. Not terrible, but more pricey than I usually pay.

The order came within 3 days. I ordered January 13, and it arrived on January 16. So, pretty reasonable.

My problem came with the actual juice itself. It has an okay flavor but it's unbelievably sugary. It's also very very thick and viscous. Inhaling this stuff definitely took more battery and more watts than I usually use. I smoke only very specific types of liquid because I've always been wary of what I'm putting into my lungs; with that being said, after using this stuff for a few days I noticed myself coughing more. I felt like I had mucus in my lungs. Maybe I'm just spoiled from my current favorite e-juice maker, but this to me was a red flag.

Overall, this was an okay experience, but truthfully I decided to try it on my boyfriend's behalf because he's trying to quit using snuff and he is working at a job that requires him to be very physically active. And I am not blown away by this company; I'm almost afraid of what it will do to my lungs after long-term use. I will keep them saved as a bookmark in my browser but I will definitely keep looking for other brands.

After switching between my normal juice and this stuff, I am never using this junk again. When it physically hurts to breathe, that's your body telling you that something is wrong. I'm not on board with whatever I was inhaling. Never again in my life am I smoking whatever in God's name that stuff was.

Awaiting first order. Site is easy to use. If the product is what is says, should be awesome. I'll update when I receive my order.

received order as promised. I wasn't happy with the flavor, but that's not Kind Juice's fault. Transaction-ally, all went well. There is another flavor I may try and I would order again.
