They got it wrong and have not resolved

I'm a new author. I chose KDP because of recommendations I received and reviews I read. This project took 11 months and all of my budget and then some. When the book was published, it had been formatted incorrectly and can't be sold. Their policy says 100% guarantee both for satisfaction and investment recouping. In this case, they have not honored either guarantee. I have an inventory of books that can't be sold and no refund to move forward to continue writing.
I would have loved to update this with positive comments since my initial review or remove it completely, however the compliance department stopped accepting my emails and there has been no communication from their side about the status of my refund. At this point, they are costing me a huge amount money just paying the interest on the financing I had to get. I have been trying to get this resolved since January.
