ZERO STARS! This place is a SCAM! Do not order from them. Ordered two solar fan hats. Said they were delivered and they were NOT now they won’t email me back. Karma is real and they’ll get theirs.

I would rate it a -10 if I could. I paid for an item that I never received. I asked for tracking and what courier is being used to try and find my package and they stopped all communication. Never got package nor a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM KINDLY GIFTS…..

I ordered the hat with two fans for Father’s Day, and the tracking number provided shows it was delivered. However, I never received the item. I've sent multiple emails regarding this, but I haven’t received a response until now. I hope one of these days they get what’s coming to them—karma has a way of catching up!

Ordered a gift a month ago...no updates, no gift. Will be reporting as fraud

My mom had ordered a solar powered hat for Father’s Day and she still hasn’t received it. She contacted them, tried to get a refund, everything. Nothing. Please, when you’re trying to order something from a site online make sure it’s a trusted site.

Scam. Please guys don’t waste your money. I usually check reviews before buying. Let’s just say they got me. Never again.

I ordered a solar powered hat and it says it was delivered on 06/30/25 but I have received nothing. I have messaged and emailed 4 times with no response. Now I put in the tracking number and it has totally disappeared. This was part of a birthday gift so not happy at all with this company

I give this company ZERO stars! I ordered a customized Lego set for my husband and it says that it was delivered but I never received my order. This company is a scam. They only have an email account listen, so I emailed them twice with no response.

Guess we are all on the boat! I emailed, as well, no response. I contacted my bank to see if my account was charged. Their computers were down! I don’t see any charges for the fan hat but to be safe I’m having my bank do the work for me. It makes me nervous that maybe they are taking our bank card info, along with our names and addresses. If they’re “smart” they would wait a few months, when we don’t notice a big withdrawal. Small purchases so most people don’t notice. I’m getting a new card!

SAME!!! DO NOT order from this place. Ordered a bucket hat with built in solar powered fans for my husband for Father's Day and it says it was delivered on June 22nd. I ordered it on June 3rd. I sent them an email on June 26th no response and again today, July 4th. They are a BS site just scamming people.

Same as the others have stated. Ordered the solar hat in June 4th for Father’s Day. Say it was coming from China which I should’ve realized sooner. Saw the tracking. Never came for Father’s Day. Looked at tracking July 1st and it said it was in route in the US but didn’t say where. Then looked today July 3rd and it says it was delivered on June 27th🧐 hmmmmm that’s not what it said on the 1st. Emailed several times and no response. Luckily I only ordered one thing.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a solar fan cooling hat as a Father’s Day gift. After receiving a confirmation email and tracking number I watched as the package made its way to the US from China. I was excited when it said it was finally delivered! No, no package and no response to several emails. Don’t be like me. Don’t get scammed by this fake website!

Do not order. The gift was presented like delivery would be within a week. After purchase, amd waiting about a week you realize they are in China. It took almost a month and very sparse updates throughout. Finally, it said status delivered but it was never delivered. This is sad because it was a Father's day gift and I'm out 90.00
I emailed them and no reply yet.

I'm only giving one star because I had to give something in order to write a review. I ordered the hat with the solar fans for my husband for Father's Day. I kept checking the status until it finally said it was delivered. I NEVER GOT IT. Every time I try to look reach out to them the page is s titled "Undefined" and they have not responded to my emails.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO DONATE.

I ordered for Father's Day that hat with solar fans. It never came and tracking it only kept saying China updates then U.S. updates. Then a few days ago when I looked up the tracking status it finally said it was delivered. I never got it! I sent several emails and I have yet to get any response from anyone! When you look for their Contact information there is only an email and no phone or address. Nothing.

The company lies about where they are based. They made it seem like my order would be hand made in and shipped from Massachusetts but once I got a shipping update it was coming from China. It took weeks longer than advertised to arrive and had impropper grammar and punctuation on it and was cheaply made with stickers on it instead of etchings. Super cheap scam site.

Has not delivered item and no response.
