Ordered £40.82 worth of stuff sunday 11th January. No communication from them. No package has arrived and its now 25th January. Avoid avoid avoid. Hopefully will get my money back via credit card.

I wasn't aware I was purchasing anything from this company, certainly not 2 separate lots of food. I was supposed to be buying a hairbrush straightener. This is a scam and shouldn't be allowed. Why is it still being allowed? You can't even get in touch to request a refund, its disgusting.

I ordered a set with 50 balls and100 sticks and tent for my 2 grandchildren to share as a Christmas gift. The company just emailed me that they have changed my order to 31 balls and 54 Sticks, half the order for the same price. What I ordered is no longer depicted. I am livid and have no recourse. They have my money and they don't care. Terrible. They at least could have sent me the set with 45 balls and 75 sticks to replace but they went with half the quantity for the same price and have the gall to send me a rebate code for 10% off my next order.

I love the stroller & was delivered fast!

I ordered a Thule Urban Glide, it was much cheaper than anywhere else and arrived the next working day! What a fab service. I’ll definitely be looking out for things on their site in the future.

I've been delighted with all the purchases, both 'never used' and 'pre-loved' and have made a good bit of extra cash selling items that were sitting around unused after my little ones outgrew them. Definitely recommend this site to anyone who needs or has baby and kids gear!

I recently bought an unused buggy from kindora, but the handlebar adjustment was faulty. Barry offered to fix the problem and supply a temporary replacement buggy. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved by that refurbishment company, but Barry immediately found a different one, the buggy bar. Both the buggy bar and Barry were in constant contact with me and the buggy was fixed. Despite the inconvenience, they were both really helpful, apologetic and worked swiftly to fix it. Great after sales service. Would recommend kindora and will purchase from them again.
