I didn’t find the patches helped at all. I found taking actual supplements made more of a difference. They’re essentially expensive stickers.

My wife and I both have been on these for a few months. We have run out before and noticed NO difference. Customer Care is the worst. I was set up on monthly reorder and THEY NEVER GOT IT CORRECT and not only that THEY CANT/DIDNT FIX IT in their own system they created. Absolutely pathetic

I don't know what this patch was supposed to do, but overall I don't feel like it did anything for me. I used it daily for the recommended time. It was an easy and painless application process, but I really did not see the benefit from it.
