Don't do it!!!Much to my surprise...an order…

Much to my surprise...an order delivered and they say I agreed to auto ship. I DID NOT. Just found the small print. Now they will take a return but will not credit the ridiculous price they are charging until they "process" the return. I'm ashamed of you Ellen. This is a scam!

Deceptive company!!!

Deceptive company!!!! i am so shocked Ellen Degeneres wouldget behind such shady practices! They don't tell you that you are signing up for auto delivery and when you try to cancel they tell you that you have additional "installments" that you will be charged for!!!! What in the actual???? I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well. I am deeply disappointed.

product on tv look like full size and you sent me sample and travel size I want my money back . I did not give you permission to charge my credit card in November. Just got the product not long ago and don't like it return my money and don't charge me again

I have been going back and forth…

I have been going back and forth emailing Customer Services at Kindscience due to continued charges to my credit card. When I first ordered this product I did it bc I love Ellen Degeneres & wanted to try her products. I am highly disappointed with their Customer Service. I never signed up for continuous receipts of products. I have requested my money back and it has not appeared yet, instead yesterday I got another box of the products. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY. This is very concerning.

My review is about the company--EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

My review is about the company. I have never dealt with more unknowledgeable people. I never was welcomed into the Membership I didn't realize I joined. No welcome email to tell me how to access my account in order to manage when I want shipments. No receipts for what they charged me for. Guess I'll never receive a receipt because the people I talked with didn't know what that is. Pitiful!!! Cannot believe Ellen is a part of this. Disappointing. AND, very expensive with what they charge for shipping.

Buyer Beware

This has to be one of the worst experience with a company in many, many years. What a joke. They pull you in with a promo, but what they don't tell you is that it's a subscription based and it takes an act of God to cancel the subscription. When I cancelled the subscription in September, I was still billed in October and November for $91.00 each month. Apparently, the price changes after the first shipment. I will never by this product no matter how badly I age. I thought I could trust a company that was started by Ellen DeGeneres, but clearly not!

Kindscience--Misleading Advertising

To begin with, the commercial for the product is very misleading. I received my second shipment in mid November (much sooner than the 30 day period). When I called to cancel the auto shipments (after $90.04 was charged to my credit card) I was told that two more installments of $90.04 for the months of December and January would be charged to my card to cover the cost of the package I received, for a total of $270.12. I'm sending the product back for a refund which can only be processed after I provide Kindscience with a tracking number. Please don't be fooled by this outrageous scam.

Fake

Ellen is a fake and just needs money. She changed people a cheap price for her products and then Jack's the price for a subscription that's on the small print and her customer service rep tells you that you can read. Ellen ran out of money and this is her new scam

I ordered the sample product package to…

I ordered the sample product package to give the products a try. I didn't sign up for any subscription. Three weeks after the original products arrived, I noticed a hit on my credit card for $90.04 for the next 3 months for my next shipment! I was furious! How was I supposed to know if I like the products or saw any results in 3 weeks? I called the company and waited on the line for customer service for about 30 minutes! They tried to tell me I had signed up for auto shipment. I did NOT! They said I could send the package back when it arrived. I told they I wasn't going to pay the shipping and handling on something I didn't order. Since they were so uncooperative, I called my bank fraud department. They understood and handled it for me. In 3 days I had my money back. I then opened up an account at kind science and canceled my subscription. Kind Science phone #800-210-3379. I still have the subscription products they sent. If they want them back, they can send me a shipping label! Good luck!

I was requested to return the package…

I was requested to return the package that was sent without my consent, but they declined to provide a return shipping label. I was also instructed to provide the tracking no. However, when I attempted to follow up, I found it extremely challenging to reach anyone by phone or chat,as there was no attendant available to assist customer. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of promotional offers

Customer service at Kind Science is…

Customer service at Kind Science is horrible. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes because they’re asking for my phone number to locate the order, but I never gave them my phone number — I gave them my email address. I’ve been waiting for someone to answer in the chat for an hour.

I received what I bought for $80.20, and now I see they charged my account $106.94, and supposedly after canceling I’m supposed to pay $213.88 for two more deliveries. If I canceled, why do I have to pay for two deliveries I’m not going to receive?

What a lack of professionalism, especially from Ellen DeGeneres.

The worst

The worst - I never got my inital order - never got a refund - now they charged me for another order that I haven't gotten. Went to their web site tried the customer service chat - waited for 40 minutes no. one came on. Called the customer service number was on hold for 37 minutes - then the person who got on said she can't cancel the order or refund my money. I will have to deal with my credit card company. BUT this is insane - horrible just horrible

No way to contact them at all….ridiculous

I didn’t realize I had signed up for a monthly subscription. So I paid for month 2 and cancelled the subscription that day. Here it is 30 days later and another charge hit my credit card. I tried to contact someone at the kind science company but was on hold for 12 minutes then 6 minutes. No one ever answered. I tried texting via their online option. Still waiting for someone to respond. I called and acted as if I was ordering and got a live person that couldn’t help me. He did transfer me to an empty room with phones ringing that no one ever answers. Don’t bother to buy this stuff it’s not worth the aggravation.
My credit card company will have to handle it now.

INITIAL Order placement DID NOT STATE…

INITIAL Order placement DID NOT STATE YOU WERE AGREENING TO A SUBSRIPTION!! RETURNING product has been a nightmare! I have returned the product and cannot speak to anyone to provide the tracking verification # to get my refund. I was told to 'call them with the tracking # 7 to 9 days after I had mailed the product back'. No one can provide me with a Kind Science contact to take the tracking #.

Poor Customer Service

Tried to cancel. Customer Service will not respond by phone or IM. I had to dispute refund through both PayPal and credit card co. Wasn't happy with product due to drying my skin out!

I did not realize that this was a…

I did not realize that this was a subscription. I would not pay $300 for this product. I ordered the trial set and the next thing I knew money was being taken out of my account. I held on the phone for 45 minutes to speak with someone in customer service and 15
Minutes for the live chat. Only after I checked my account did I realize this was a subscription and product would be makes out every 3 months and the cost was unbelievable. I cancelled
My subscription and was advised I would be billed in 3 payments of $80 for the remainder of my subscription. But when I called as if I was a new customer the obj e was picked up after 3 rings. I use to be an Ellen DeGeneres fan but she is a fraud.

SCAM,SCAM, SCAM!!
NEVER order from Kind Science. After initial promotional order for$59.95+tax, you will start to get unauthorized charges on your credit card. They say it's for an agreement for subscription services that you agree to at the time of order and that it is very obvious on the website. LIE! If there at all, it certainly is not obvious. I check NO box for for repeat orders! I signed nothing and yet in one month, I get another charge for $91.75. Customer service does nothing but repeat, repeat,repeat that you ordered a subscription! NO NO NO!
Reported to PayPal and my credit card company trying to remove the charge and stop the subscription. I finally had to close out the credit card used and wait for another to arrive. Such a time consuming pain in the a. from a company that I stupidly trusted. Don't do what I did. STAY AWAY FROM KIND SCIENCE COMPANY. SHAME ON ELLEN DEGENERES!!!

AWFUL

All of a sudden, 2 weeks after my first order I see a credit card charge for another order. I DID not authorize this... They are charging me $300 for the exact order that I just received for $80! I have not even had time to decide if I like this product or not.. BUT, DEFINITELY NOT any longer. You cannot call, as they leave you on eternal rot and do not answer, you can try to do live chat, but it is not live, you leave a message and no one returns it. I am sick to my stomach. I cannot afford a random $300 charge out of no where. Absolutely AWFUL.

Deceptive ordering of products

Do t order from this company. I cancelled my subscription ( which I never signed up for) I ordered once n they just keep charging my credit card and not receive any product. You call their customer service both by phone and live chat n never did anyone respond. Was on live chat for 70 mins n no one responded n the phone call I was on for 90 mins n no one answered. They are a rip off n keep charging your account ( even though I have no ordered with them) n then I didn’t even receive the supposive item they charged me for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
