Extremely disappointed — be very careful with this company.
I invested money through this app and never received any proper support or response. It’s been several days, and no one has contacted me back. This feels fraudulent and unsafe. I strongly recommend others to avoid using this app until the company proves it is legitimate and provides real customer service.

Garbage service. KYC is atrocious. The amount of personal info they ask from you is more than what your wife and mother know about you combined. it's easier to start 10 real bank accounts across 10 different countries than opening 1 account here.
I Would honestly not be surprised if this is some sketchy way of hoarding as much personal info as possible to use for nefarious reasons or sell it to someone.

For reference:
It takes less than an hour to get verified on Binance (the biggest crypto platform). It takes the same amount to get verified on telegram wallet. It took me a couple of hours to get verified on platforms like PayPal and Wise

It took me 3 days to travel to another country, open a legal entity, another 1 day to register a business bank account.

It took me 2 months to get denied at the end by these frauds. I have sent them document after document. some of them i had to PAY multiple times to get from my bank/government.

Support is useless, they have literally 1 person working in their support department. go try from different browsers at the same time, you will just wait for the same Indian girl to come on. Nothing against that, but the company isnt in india, so that support rep is useless other than sending you around support articles. They have some stupid AI that is trained on specific documents that will just auto deny anything outside of that. And the people are just there dumbfounded not knowing what to do. I even reached out to one of their seniors on linked in. even he said he has no way to access these things. I honestly dont understand what people are doing there.
I have bank accounts in 4 different countries (UAE (Wio Bank), Georgia (TBC Bank), Tajikistan (Alif Bank), Portugal (Novobanco). The Portuguese one i even opened before i set a foot inside of Portugal ever. I refuse to believe all these countries and federal banks and platforms are less regulated or care less than this random company.

Scam currency, if you somehow end up with their "USD1", very sleazy and scammy way of trying to appear as the real USD1, you're shit out of luck. because either you'll have to find a way to somehow make their chat gpt wrapper approve you, or you just lost your money. they have no redemption path outside of their platform for their "stable" coin and it has 0 value outside of it. it has 0 trading volume, third party wallets either dont recognise it's value or don't recognise its existence.

My first impression was a nice clean / uncluttered presentation. I was surprised to learn that Safari browser doesn't work. Numerous features when selected throw an error. They have a protocol for dealing with Safari users; delete your cache, data, and switch to Chrome. They have no solution to what appear to be simple problems. The errors were encountered by simply selecting a menu item. I'd make a wild guess that the people who built this worked for alphabet soup. I left Chrome years ago and fell in love with Safari. I briefly fell back at their urging, but it only drove me back to Safari.

Great company. I really support what they are trying to achieve. My only criticisms are that the virtual card is still not available in Australia. Also it's annoying that the registered bank is now Indonesia based which means any cash deposits incur international transfer fees. This can be got around by doing a PayID direct purchase of assets but it's still annoying and didn't used to be the case. Overall Regardless, I'm very satisfied. It's just a shame that the user base doesn't seem to be growing that rapidly based on the master fee pool. If they can increase the number of users and merchants in the ecosystem then the yields could become much more attractive, particularly the KVT yield.

This bills itself as easy to keep money in gold and silver. Buy. Sell or even use card for instant purchases. Sounded great.

But it took over a week for money to arrive in account though international transfer - not clear why that was such a long process and created anxiety about if money was lost etc. they have charged almost 10% to transfer money in of £500 only £459 reached my account and then fees to exchange into gold or silver and they will charge me £25 for removing funds again. Feels like a lot of fees and not sure there is any way my money can do well in that.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend. I have been buying my own gold and silver to keep for myself and I will return to investing in this way rather than being ripped off by this company

I deposited 4,000 USDT into my Kinesis Money account, and shortly after, my account was restricted. It’s been over a week now, and my funds are still frozen.

I sent all the required documents to my account manager, and contacted support multiple times — including their colleague Terry — yet no one has resolved the issue or given me a proper update.

This level of silence and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I trusted Kinesis with my money and was planning to invest much more, but after this experience, I’ve completely lost confidence in the platform.

Update: my problem has been solved after 1 day of posting this review.

I’ve been using the platform for about a month now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best out there. In addition to their core business of tokenized gold and silver, they offer a wide range of trading pairs that allow you to exchange your gold and silver for other cryptocurrencies such as BTC and ETH. I also had a minor issue with their API while using the platform, and the support team was extremely helpful and responsive until the problem was fully resolved. Overall, it has been a great experience.

Just called my customer support agent impromptu, no meeting scheduled or anything. I got sent to voicemail, but he called me back less than 30 seconds after I called! Pretty awesome to have a consistent person as my own personal agent to built rapport with as I continue to use the platform.

For those who want to invest in Kinesis, read this first.
1. It is not fraud, but KVT looks less like outright fraud and more like:
the marketing has been confusing:
KAU/KAG = 100% backed by physical bullion, redeemable.
KVT = not bullion-backed, but marketed as “sharing in gold and silver yields” because the yields are paid in KAU/KAG.
2. Why the KVT price pumped in 2019-2020 then crashed now?
Initial hype (pump): People thought adoption would surge, yields would be high, and the token represented a rare opportunity. Prices jumped ~+200% from speculation.
Reality (dump): Adoption and transaction volumes stayed modest → yields tiny → speculative support collapsed. The price then crashed ~–270%.
Since KVT has no intrinsic metal floor, it can fall indefinitely if demand is
Some investors misinterpreted this as “KVT itself is backed by gold,” when in fact, it is just a revenue-share token.
So, they technically didn’t lie — but the way it was pitched created the impression that KVT was as solid as gold, which isn’t true.
Overpromising / over-marketing → causing investors to think they were buying something as solid as bullion.
Speculation collapse → value of KVT isn’t backed by gold, so when hype left, price fell har
KVT ≠ gold. It’s a speculative utility token tied to Kinesis’ business success.
The fact it went +200% then –270% is classic for speculative tokens — huge hype, then reality sets in.
3. The yield problem
KVT yield depends on transaction fees across the whole Kinesis system.
If people aren’t transacting heavily in KAU/KAG, then yields are negligible.
Many early buyers assumed yields would be “life-changing.” Instead, they turned out cents on the dollar compared to expectations.
4. Caveats
We assumed no extra fees, no sale costs, etc. Real life would reduce gains.
We assumed gold did rise to ~US$ 3,500. If current gold is lower, gain is lower.
We ignored any yield you might have received from KVT over the years. If you got yields (in gold/silver or via KVT rewards) that helps offset loss somewhat.
Also currency fluctuations, taxes, shipping etc might affect net results if you ever redeem.
Calling it “cheating” might be too strong, but misleading marketing is definitely part of the story.
Current price of KVT is about USD $726.51 per token. (Ref: CoinGecko)
Average gold price in 2019 in the US was about USD $1,393.99 per ounce for 24k gold.
Exchange Rates
Current gold price (approx, recent) is much higher — gold has roughly doubled or more since 2019. (Exact current price varies by source but it’s several thousands per ounce in USD) — for roughness, say around USD $3,500–3,600 per ounce (this is approximate, based on recent gold price surges).
👉 So, keeping all in KVT is a high-risk, uncertain bet.
👉 Moving into gold is safer, with steadier growth.

I transferred usd back from Kinesis to
my European bank in july with no issue using Swift/bic code. I tried to do exactly the same again in September, but now they insist on a fedwire routing number which none of my European bank accounts have. Meanwhile i get no support from Kinesis and cannot get a hold of my account manager to sort this. Very frustrating process so far and such a shame, as up to this point I have had no issues or complaints over Kinesis. Since then Kinesis has sorted the money transfer efficiënt. Apparently they were in the proces of changing banks.

Well all has worked out fine my withdrawal went thru in one day cleared into my bank account. The verification dod take a while but as soon as it was cleared I had immediate full access to my account. I think that part of their process needs attention. As I. This day and age verification should not be that long.but apart from that iam happy with the outcome.

Kinesis claimed they didn't want KVT freely tradable on their exchange until the fees justified the price. They continued to sell increasingly expensive tranches of KVT to bag holders with the last tranche kinesis sold priced at $2200. Then on June 5 without warning to their customers they allowed free trading on the exchange with nothing substantial having changed in the fees to support the KVT price. To no one's surprise the KVT price collapsed. Now down below $800 which is even below their initial investor price of $1000. I don't know if they were desperate for cash flow and dumped some on the market or what but it was just one more example of horrible execution and communication from Kinesis. After too many times of that all trust has been lost that Kinesis has it in them to succeed. The precious metals world can be ugly. I thought Kinesis was better. Appears not.

I was introduced to Kinesis by a friend and my Account Manager Michael Barrett offered me a demo and showcased the platform for me once my account was verified. I had signed up with loads of exchanges in the past and have made many mistakes. It was so refreshing to have someone to speak to who knows what their talking about. Looking forward to using this more and more as their system impdoces. Just need the debit card and local deposits options and I'll be a full convert.

There's no denying Kinesis.Money's Account Manager Michael Barrett's phenomenal knowledge, depth and understanding of the Kinesis.Money system as evidenced in a recorded demo session. However, speaking as one of nature's not wildly time-conscious proverbial tortoises or "plodders" to Michael's much more time-conscious but still good humoured, nice natured proverbial hares I would like to take this opportunity of making just one small suggestion. Sometimes LESS IS MORE in terms of absorbing lots of fairly detailed new information. Strictly speaking were I less understanding this could have resulted in a slight downgrade to a four instead of five stars but I feel in Michael's case to have done that to someone with such brilliant knowledge, understanding, dedication to service and education would be maybe to have missed the wood for the trees and encouragement and a slight nudge of the reins in the management of my own Kinesis Account Manager 😁😄😄is likely to result in far better teamwork, production and enrichment all round! Michael is a very exciting person to be working with and I very much look forward to becoming a better ambassador for imho Kinesis' rather brilliant system!

We have been involved with ABX and Kinesis from the start.Fantastic way to own gold and silver -where else can you get a yield on gold and silver.It's a revolutionary way of owning gold and silver given that fiat currencies are forever being devalued.The gold and silver storage around the world is certified by a third party its not just a matter of trust.

I have been a user since 2020 and I have not had any trouble with what ive used it for which have been to store gold and spend it like normal money. I have been reciveing my interest as promised but in the last year their card issuer had issues so now they are trying to get a new one, it was my favorite aspect to use a card to make pirchases with gold or silver. Once that's back I will start v using it again more. For now just use it for savings.
