An outstanding experience from start to finish. The team provided a clear EICR, a fair quote, and then carried out the fusebox replacement to the highest standard. The communication was excellent throughout. We are extremely pleased and will definitely be recommending them.

Edit to accommodate vendors response: Absolutely horrible. I hired him to install some lighting and check if I need re-wiring before I renovate. He suggested that we do an EICR and he can share findings (what we've agreed is that he would communicate the findings to me so we can work together to address them). Instead, he left me hanging for 5 days for the EICR ( I had to chase multiple times), and then just sent it via the portal with no communication. He didn't explain the items that he found to me, why they were important etc. Nothing! (So not what we agreed at all). Furthermore, when I did reach out to ask for advice on how to address these, I got a useless one line that didn't offer any explanation. So I stand by it, communication was horrible, not fit for purpose and not in line with what we've agreed (He didn't even give me a heads up on the day that he conducted the EICR, that he believes it's unsatisfactory and that he believes that there were items that needs to be addressed immediately. Again not what we've agreed).

As for the "I repeatedly on paying in cash" part , that is not true. I asked him ONCE if he prefers cash payment ( because I appreciate that different vendors prefer different payment methods) and I immediately made a bank transfer when he said it doesn't make a difference (it's easier for me to make a bank transfer)
His work on the lighting was very rough indeed.
Overall, I stand by what I said, all he caused was inconvienence. Do NOT trust and avoid!!

Installation of two new sockets & disconnection of some old wiring

Two new sockets chased into brick walls and some old wiring sorted out. Job was done fairly quickly and in a tidy fashion. Would recommend. Many thanks!

I had this firm in 2021 and at the time I was happy until this week having some additional work being done to find out quite a few health and safety issues regarding the wiring pretty much been taken advantage of I would strongly suggest folks do not hire this company a job that needed done due to it being a danger to my life and just lack of skill set and compliance with safe practices
