Top Notch Service from MBS
Our family has experienced great service from MBS, beginning with Rosanna through to the surveyor, Guy. The attention to detail is top notch, as Guy is very knowledgeable & he provides realistic estimates for any works needed. His guidance and support carries on after production of the survey report and this is customer service at the highest level. My son is a returning FTB customer in the last few years (following an unsuccessful purchase on 2 occasions, due to a chain breaking down and the other had issues with the building), and I know from my involvement that MBS still provide the same quality service and attention. Highly recommend.

Avro Website Not Working - No access to statements
I'm another customer who had their monthly direct debits increased 3 times in 2021. Although I expected larger bills while my grown children were home during the lockdown, they moved out in March 21. Avero would not reduce my monthly payment and said they would review in 3 months. They did not. They took £222 on 20/09 and now gone bust. The website is not working & will not provide access to statements. I know I have a large credit pending but need to get access to my data. With GDPR access request, then the administrators or ofgem should make this available as surely otherwise breaking the law!
Lookaftermybills switched me to Avero a few years ago & I have emailed them asking for some intervention for access to the statements, but currently only getting an automated reply. I hope they can investigate with a view to getting the website reactivated with full access to our billing information/statements.
