Beware of prepayments! We ordered and paid in January. Since then, we haven't received any goods or money back!

I ordered in February… i was aware it would be a long shipping process but was happy it was not urgent. Nothing has come. Several emails unanswered. Tried the chat service and got some nonsensical response with no follow up to my question for a refund. How are companies allowed to get away with stealing in plain site like this!? Guarantee they will take the money, default, and move on. The banks and governments will mostly bail out the customers. Gross.

This company is a scam. They take your money then don't deliver order. Took 8 weeks to get money back via PayPal claim.

Complete scam. Have reported them to the police and stolen fund from our charity. Hoping you spot this before ordering.

Your money will be taken but you’ll never get your items.
Report to google or they’ll keep thieving from people.

I ordered good on 2 January on what was meant to have been 4-7day delivery. They delivered two of the 4 items eventually but in the wrong colour and did not deliver the two most expensive items. Despite that their website claims the order is complete. Send them over 10 emails - sometimes they ignore, sometimes they promise to fix the issues ‘right away’ but nothing happens. I wish i had never ever seen them on- line

Beware of this company, first time I bought from them it was all great but this time it’s been awful. I bought a crate on 19th Jan and not rec’d my delivery. They were emailing me back initially but now completely stopped responding. Also their telephone numbers on their website don’t work or connect. Seems like I’ve lost my money and there is no way of speaking to someone at this company.
Not sure what’s gone wrong for them.

Do not trust this company, do not order from here, find somewhere else to order from, unreliable and liars.

They tell you your order is shipped but takes 3 weeks to give you a tracking number to find out they only shipped it on the day you receive your tracking.

SAVE YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

Thr reviews made me really worried as I saw them after ordering, but everything arrived in about 3 weeks and thete was tracked delivery and responses to cal my concerns.

Do not buy from this website!! As everyone else reviews they are completely untrustworthy. They seemed helpful of course at first. I purchases 12 crates for my daughters wedding, 8 never arrived. I spoke with DPD on several occasions and the missing crates had been sent back to sender. After repeated emails asking for a refund I still haven't received one. Extremely disappointed, I will be making sure I leave a review of warning on as many other websites as I can find to warn others.

Basically stolen my money.

Firstly their phones numbers are not recognised there is no auto replies to their emails.

I had waited for a delivery that I needed in their order time frame so I instantly messaged with no response.

After logging this with my bank I have had a refund whilst they dispute with the company.
I then got an email saying they were having trouble with getting the crates and they should be here in one or two days.

I explained I need to cancel as I no longer need them and I had a response back telling me if I want a long wait on a refund then go ahead and complain to my bank.

Disgraceful Service, broken promises, avoid doing business with this company. Goods yet to arrive.

Shockingly bad communication and delivery! I have emailed 5 times, facebook messaged and tried online chat to get an address error fixed on their website, had no reply what so ever over the 5 weeks since I placed my order. I still don't have my order or a reply. It arrived two weeks late to the wrong address, in the wrong country, and I've been sent a photo of the product with a snapped shelf. (Poor packing - Cling film had been used to package this shelf).
Avoid this company at all cost!

Worst company...I have placed the order a month ago, never arrived. I requested a refund multiple times...still not received my money back. Must be a scam...

I ordered crates in October which never arrived. I tried to contact them for a resolution. They never responded. I tried many many times. Telephone lines don't work.

Abysmal. Read other reviews. I managed to get a refund from Paypal. Not sure if its a scam or they are just utterly crap. Either way AVOID!

After placing the order and waiting weeks and weeks I got nervous and it was only then that I saw the bad reviews and was all set to try and retrieve the money from my bank but I got a 'dispatched' email and thought I'd see it through. I'm thrilled to say they actually turned up today and they're lovely crates. Even have some dried apple leaves in some of them so they are genuine. Just be prepared for a LONG wait, in my case over a month.

The crates are great quality, I knocked a star off because it took a little while for them to arrive. But I messaged on their website and received a response as to when to expect them. I am very pleased with my order.

Where is my order? Placed on 23 February 2024 and yet to arrive. I have emailed (no response) and tried to call (UK number not recognised) and am now struggling to obtain a refund. Wish I had read the previous reviews before ordering. Not happy.
