Amazing experience with Mike. He answered all of my questions both before and after the survey. Unfortunately our house purchase fell through but the survey was invaluable. It made sure we fully understood what we were buying, helped us avoid overpaying and gave us strong ground for negotiation. The whole process was easy, very well priced and communication was excellent throughout. I will definitely be using this service again if and when we move forward with another house purchase.

The survey done on a recent potential house but was surveyed by this company. I was very happy with the service which was very thorough and concise in every aspect of the work. The survey revealed many faults in the house which were overseen by me and helped me to the level that I pulled out of buying this property.
