Lier scammers

My missus and me had a cigarette by King`s cross and dropped the fagends when we finished. Not proud of it but the amount of rubbish around us and the lack of litter bins just (literally non in like a 100 yards) kind of indicated it.
Long story short we both got fined. Worst part is they lied about it so you don`t start arguing with them. I asked multiple times "Is it a fix penelty?" and they said "No it`s just a warning for now but next time offence will be punished"
I even asked them to show me to the next bin and they couldn`t. Absolutely ridiculous. So they don`t provide bins and fine you for littering. Perfect scam.
A week later we got the letter "fixed penelty £120" each of us. I was fuming. I still am when I think about it.
They disguise themself as "enviromental officers" but they are just simply scammers.

Anti social business

Anti social business. Extortionate fines for very minor offences. Predatory and bullying tactics to issue and collect fines. No way to escalate or speak to anyone about fines - I paid immediately then kept getting threatening final reminders with no way to escalate other than an overly simple bot on the website. Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable business processes and systems. Local councils can only be using this company to generate an additional revenue steam rather than improving local communities. Disgraceful all round and rather sad that our country allows/encourages this type of mercenary profit making.

Received notice for littering

Received notice for littering, they did not respond to the evidence form we completed and returned.
Then refused to interact and just said we need to take responsibility.
We can prove the 'litter' was not left by us, but they are not interested.

Improper FPN Enforcement Practices

It’s deeply concerning that businesses are being unfairly targeted with FPNs, especially in cases where waste was properly bundled and awaiting scheduled collection. Issuing fines in these situations feels like over-zealous enforcement aimed at generating revenue rather than addressing actual environmental issues.

Many businesses take responsible steps to manage waste, and penalizing them for minor, easily corrected actions undermines the purpose of environmental laws. It raises questions about whether the goal is truly to reduce littering or simply to profit from fines.

Local authorities need to ensure their enforcement practices are fair and transparent, focusing on real environmental problems rather than punishing businesses for small mistakes.

£400 fine for littering - Never happened!

Had a box from my boyfriend, decided to use it as a storage for my rubbish and left it in the big bins by the apartments nearby, where everyone’s rubbish is. The bins were overflowing due to the bin men not coming for 2+ weeks, strong winds blew the box over and all of a sudden hes been fined £400? for what? the wind? the rubbish was IN THE BIN, but it was overflowing along with around 50+ people’s bin bags! Awful awful company, no evidence of us littering (because we didn’t!) and wants to fine him £400?

Not worthy of one star

Not worthy of one star. Alleged my pensioner brother was at tube station in one borough, pursued for over a mile into another borough,he was never at or near any tube station, he had only been to a local shop yards from his flat. He was charged for dropping a cigarette butt,
when fpn came through the post a fpn for
spitting was added too. That's not his disgusting habit.Searching info on fpn, and that provided tells you no way to appeal, so they can accuse anyone of anything. They use scare tactics to make you pay, if you don't pay £250 will double in 14 days and if you go to court you could face upto £2500 fine with additional costs added. Has anyone successfully had video evidence given to show they commited the alleged offence, or been successful in court?
EDIT:-Decision overturned after requesting bodycam footage and that I was seeking TFL journey plan history on freedom pass to show he wasn't in the area they claimed.

Shocking Company

I transferred to Kingdom through a company they took over from and they are without any doubt a shocking and unprofessional outfit. I was contracting through them at my previous employers where they made good money off me and they didn’t have to do anything because work was found for me through my former colleagues. Unfortunately I had to take some sick leave and this is where they showed their true colours by refusing to pay me any SSP initially saying the reason was I didn’t inform them early enough when in fact I informed them on day one of my sick leave, they then changed the reason for refusing to pay me saying my work has finished when I know there was continuing work, at that point they terminated my contract and are now refusing to answer my emails. AVOID working for this company who treat people with disrespect and disdain.

Kingdom OK very toxic client morrisons

Cannot vouch for other areas of kingdoms business however I worked in retail security for kingdom for just over a year, and they are at the behest of a very toxic client in morrisons. The people around the security management for kingdom were OK however morrisons have no empathy for contractors and treat their contractor providers with utter contempt.

This is a scam company pretending to…

This is a scam company pretending to offer a waste and environment service to gullible councils.

Do NOT pay any fixed penalty, complain to the council they are representing and also complain to the Local Government Ombudsman.

Hopefully these thieves will lose their licences and disappear into the crap pool from where they came from!

Absolute filth and the company directors should be lambasted for even thinking of providing such a "service"!

Avoid at all costs.

All the staff that I have dealt with from the ground all the way to HR/Payroll are absolutely useless. My father has been subject of racial profiling, mistreatment and verbal abuse by his supervisor Nicole who works under Rebecca Burton at Monkwearmouth academy in Sunderland. Most of the staff that worked under Rebecca and Nicole have now all left because of there mistreatment towards them and my father is 1of the 2 staff still standing. Nobody deserves to be treated as the above 2 have treated my father. Avoid working for this company as you’ll have the most miserable work life working for Kingdom cleaning services especially if you are from a different background.

A council sanctioned racket

A complete scam!
I'm 100% convinced that all employees must work on commission, as the "officer" I dealt with was absolutely chomping at the bit to make a quick buck off me, purposely ignoring all reason and logic in order to do so.
I was about to get on the tube at Tottenham Court Rd station and wanted to get rid of my chewing gum before doing so. The closest bin was spilling over. There was broken bottles all over the floor as the bin clearly hadn't been emptied for a while and this was early Saturday morning, after what I presume was a busy night in town the night before. I walked further than the station, out of my way, to find another bin. I found one and it was as bad as the first, completely full with litter spilling out of the bin. I saw that someone had placed their rubbish beside the bin, in a Sainsbury bag, "fair enough," I thought, as all the bins were full. I decided to put my gum in the Sainsbury's bag beside the bin. As I approached the station a man came up and said, "I just saw you litter." I explained about the bins being full and he said "next time find one that isn't." Do Camden council expect us to walk around for all eternity waiting for them to empty the bins? I think it is appalling that they have outsourced Fixed Penalty Notices for littering to an outside company, which given the Guardian article I just read, and all the reviews on here, is clearly a racket! Also, it is the council's responsibility to empty the bins and I made every effort to dispose of my litter responsibly. The employee of Kingdom was very aggressive and came across as creepy and threatening, when I said, "I could just walk away from you, you can't arrest me," he said, "I'll follow you all the way home if I have to and we can wait for the police together." I highly doubt he would threaten a group of lads with that, but as a woman alone, he had no issue threatening to stalk me to my house! Hideous.

The worst company I've ever worked for

The worst company I've ever worked for. They tried to pay me single pay instead of double pay on bank holidays two of my last six pay slips were wrong underpaid no interaction from management for the last 6 months. Have not seen a manager or had a chat with anyone from Kingdom since I joined the company. This is by far the worst company I've ever worked for. Avoid this company at all costs.
