Kingdom 320 has been absolutely amazing. With plenty of online resources along with incredible seasoned real estate coaches, it has been an awesome environment as we start our real estate journey. I love that each coach either starts or ends the session with prayer and that we approach business from a biblical perspective.

IMO, the coaching industry is very hit or miss with more misses than hits. There are plenty of people in the industry who will make promises, and tell you that they will support you every step of the way, and you end up on an island trying to figure it out. I've lost plenty of money on different programs in the past. I'm pleased to say.. that has not been my experience with this program. Since day 1 I've been amazed at how intentional they are at putting their Christian values at the core of everything they do. They have not let me down once and have always followed through on what they said they were going to do. I wouldn't say they're perfect, but I don't think any of us are. There's also a ton of group and 1-on-1 support which I really appreciate since it can be difficult to do new things alone. Overall I feel like I'm at home with them and am grateful I found them.

I purchased the two-year program with Kingdom 320. It’s like getting a degree in real estate. They teach you everything from wholesaling, fix and flip, buying hold, create financing in so much more.

I was able to apply what I learned and bought a short term rental on seller financing. 15% cash on cash return.

I was also able to complete a fix and flip that netted $30,000 in profit. If you apply what they teach you will get results. Applying faith in God biblical principles to investing make this community very special.

What a great vision : to gather like-minded Christians for knowledge based sharing and learning in the Real Estate arena! We joined this group over a year ago after attending a 3 day training in Jacksonville, FL. The depth of information in this group is stellar. They are there to help, whether by phone, email or website training and webinars.
