You are much better off booking with the airline directly -DO NOT USE this company or it’s partner Reliance Travel.
You will pay around 15% more with this lot and you will not get any extra benefits (like totally refundable tickets if you cancel and total flexibility on flight dates) over the airline whatever they promise. Further more they will take control of the booking and you will not be able to reserve seats or checkin online. They do this presumably because they will charge you extra for this kind of thing. You will feel frustrated, annoyed and wonder if you have been scammed.
We did ring the airline to check if the booking we had paid for was real but they would not give us access to the booking to reserve seats etc. It was only just the day before the flight that I rang the airline again telling them I couldn’t check in that they put our personal details on the booking so that we could do so.

Awful, untrustworthy, liars and thieves! A 'Max Brown' took £200 of my money for a return flight from Gambia. I never received a ticket or refund. I tried calling them to be told by Orvi Shaw that 'our staff sometimes use pseudonym because its easier for the customer.' They should be shut down! Don't touch this travel agency.

It’s LIE, don’t deal with this company. They act like great ppl until you give them money and good luck with refund . It’s not even our fault, my mother didn’t get picked by lottery program last year to to go to Hajj. It’s been year and still get get my fully paid.

I even bought airline tickets to go to NY and guess what, they don’t even have office in Manhattan as it shows in website.

I would not even give them a 1. Was conned into paying extra to keep my ticket open with the promise it would not cost me a penny more when I came to rebook the flights. £1470 later which amounts to over £3500 now spent on flights for 2 people which should have been £1700 initially due to Covid!! Every time I speak to them the price goes up!!! I am caught between a rock and hard place as I have to use the same flights with virgin and screwed if I dont use them I lose all the money I have already paid!!!

Be very careful - do not use this company.
They are scammers and will not help you if you need them.
They are only in it to make more money from you and capitalise on your situation . They often do not know the airline policies. Recently had experience with them and Turkish airlines. They tell you one thing and Turkish airlines tell you another. Next time you call them they change their line. They will not want to confirm any anything in writing. Very often they have staff who don’t understand you often deliberately.

i googled turkish airlines as my flights had been cancelled and new ones issued just needed to confirm the number for this crowd came up the page looked legit turkish airlines so i called to be asked for more money 1st £120 then after a row £100 i said why are you charging told my flights had gone up told pay or cancel flights as a 70 yr old worried id loose flights i paid ,later that night no new tickets i rang turkish airlines in turkey to be told they had nothing from this company id booked direct with the airline so new flight confirmed no charge ,i called next morning to be told by a very rude man seif ,he had paid and i signed back to the airline who informed me this company were not affilliated to them where i was told if you ring the airline you are directed to them ,threats of i will cancel your flights continued a offer of £50 was given i said ok waiting to see if it appears email from the airline this morning these people have nothing to do with the airline and to contact my bank as the payment was a unauthorised payment

I have just landed in Duabi, they have arranged everything so perfectly. Got best deal from them cheap flights with high service.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THESE JOKERS! “Mr Max Brown” is terrible, pretending to be BA concierge agents when they are not. They took money from us, on the same call we asked for a refund when we realised it wasn’t legit, low and behold they decided to refund an amount less £20… claiming as an “admin fee.” If we were not persistent they would have taken more. Totally disgusting & I urge anyone thinking about using them to think again

I rang what turned out to be Reliance Kingdomtravels thinking it was Emirates. I asked are you Emirates and was told yes so continued with inquiring about a flight i was interested in. I was speaking to a salesman he gave me prices of the times i wanted for my trip but strongly advised i buy a flex plus ticket which would give me lots of "extras". Everything seemed fine so paid £100 deposit, my husband then went to his laptop to see the invoice that had been generated and was alarmed to see it was not from Emirates, we spoke to the salesman about this and he assured us everything was fine, saying if we stopped with booking we would loose our £100, so foolishly we continued with the booking. When the paperwork came through we noticed it didn't say Flex Plus so my husband got in touch and queried this, the salesman said not a problem i will change what it says, he did this the next paperwork we received had Flex Plus printed on it. Something didn't ring right so we rang Emirates the lady told us she had received our booking but it was for economy flex not as we thought flex plus which we had paid for. We got in touch with the salesman again he wouldn't have it he had done anything wrong, he said he would refund us a £100 which we have yet to receive. Basically we have bought 2 return tickets on his recommendation flex plus but now it turns out they are not flex plus and after speaking to him again he says they do not do flex plus. We have been charged for 2 Flex Plus tickets but have got Flex tickets. Needless to say we wont be using this Company again and wont be recommending them to anyone.

Don’t bother! Had to get my bank to chase the refund back. I was desperate to get on a flight so used them, they got me the flight then two days later it cancelled. Turkish airlines refunded me the part payment, however this company did not. They ensured me a refund was pending I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited 3 weeks, they just played me.
