This "service" is supposed to send money to my bank's card in exchange for Monero.
I paid the Monero and never received any money. Even before I contacted them, they sent me an eccentric message in which they claimed their bank had a "technical failure" and that I (not they) should provide my bank statement..
Anyone with basic logic would call their bank and ask for evidence that the money they sent has been received by the recipient, but not at Kingex. At Kingex, it is the customer that fixes the business' shortcommings.
Therefore, I proceeded with asking them to provide a statement that shows they sent any money; they dodged answering by saying that my tone is inappropriate.
They also ignored the request to provide the name of the bank and the sender's card number and continued to claim that their bank cannot produce the transaction's receipt.
Either the business standards are very low at Kingex or something sketchy is being done.

The situation was successfully resolved after the client provided an extract. The “stuck” transaction was canceled by the bank’s support service, and the funds on the order were sent again in full, despite the difference in the exchange rate due to the deliberate delay of the situation on the part of the client.

It is fake review clearly aimed at discrediting our company.
Our company specializes in cryptocurrency exchange and does not have the technical capability to "steal funds from customers' credit cards." Customers cannot link a card to the website, and sensitive data is not entered anywhere. All the information we have about the customer's card is the card number, which cannot be used to steal funds.
Furthermore, we were unable to identify this customer in our database, requested additional information, and did not receive any response.
