I’ve been using kingfisher insurance for the past two years and the service has been excellent from start to finish. They’ve always been helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.
Everything has been straightforward and well explained, which makes running my business a lot easier knowing my insurance is in good hands. It’s great to deal with a company that’s reliable and genuinely looks after its customers.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication , account manager changed 3 times , paid for incurance on Friday then left me without it for 5 days because forgot to put cars on system-no replay to emails had to call and speak to different person all the time - request for my policy , then add drivers and cars . Looks like staff don’t know what they doing or do not care what they doing . Will be looking for another provider next year.
