Took my money! Unusable card, zero support. Do not use this site.

I had a terrible experience with kingiftcard.com regarding my order (Order #260510143127) for a virtual Visa card. When I tried to redeem the card, I immediately got an 'Under Review' error message. I made sure not to use any VPN or proxy during the transaction, but it still wouldn't let me use the card. I emailed their customer support team to get this fixed, but I have received absolutely no response from them. They took my money, and I am left with a reward I cannot use. Very frustrating, and I highly recommend avoiding this service!
