Normally, all goes really well with KL. This time, I ordered an item that turned out not to be in stock. Disappointing, but it all got handled well, fast and automatically.
Quality of the product very good, the color is as expected. Size good but sleeves too long need to be adjusted. Delivery took a bit long considering it came from Europe but arrived on time.

I like King Louie clothes a lot, and I would buy more if the shipmemt costs to Spain were not so expensives (almost 10€ whatever amount you spend). I buy a lot on internet and I don't understand why their prices are so higher.

Quality clothing. Prompt refunds available if items turn to be out of stock when already ordered. I would have appreciated more details on the fit of the garments to better understand the sizes.

Different from picture
I ordered a bag, the color of the zipper is different than the color of the real bag. Either the bag is another one, or the picture is different and I was a bit disappointed.
Though the quality of the bag, and the schal I ordered is so good, and I m happy about it.
