Truth is All my deposits have been allocated to different account names and on investigation they are all in Nigeria. I can’t help but think money laundering or else they would all be in the same name! Also coincidentally since I have played on the site I am having major issues with accessing accounts to do with my own bank accounts! I really cannot help but be suspicious. Also asked for self exclusion and they have not abided by this request. I would say avoid, avoid!

Socking customer service and support - actually non existent in fact. Never answers any emails, presumably because they are too difficult to resolve.

I have been waiting since 16th Dec 2025 for my withdrawal. Messaged them everyday since and all I get repeated computer generated replies. Also emailed them and get no response. This company is a scam

I have now been waiting three months for these scammers to pay out a win of £800.00. They’ve now blocked my ability to use chat so I have to email them. I can still see funds showing as “withdrawal pending” on the accounts management page and I have screenshots of chats and account page going back to the time of the withdrawal request. The casino looks legit and the game play is good but don’t be fooled by looks - site is far from legitimate and is designed purely to take money from you and not pay out.

Do not use I won and they won’t pay same chat person called Chloe always saying same it’s taking longer than usual 3 months now and it’s the same please do not put money into tho site

Have not got any business with this company but they have somehow got hold of my email address and are bombarding me with junk emails several times a day. My email address is registered with the Mail Preference Service so they should not be sending unsolicited emails.

Scummy casino advertised by yours truly, obnoxious unsolicited spammers using email addresses obtained on dark web hacked from reputable companies.
