Sam, Laura and Team have been managing my property in Leeds for many years under the banner of JLL.
Recently I had a change of tenant where there were some issues to be resolved in relation to the tenancy that ended. Sam co-ordinated all the works required and handling of the deposit with diplomacy and achieved a very fair outcome for all parties, and Laura tailored the new tenancy agreement to cover the incoming tenant's specific circumstances. I feel the quality of a management company always shows when there are issues to sort rather than when it is plain sailing.

Really attentive property manager in Andrii, also helped us with our relationship with the landlord and had our best interests as tenants. Andrii was always quick to reply and always had an answer to any queries and made life as a tenant as easy as possible.

We found a building we were interested in and contacted Kingsdene directly, they were very quick on their feet and we were able to secure a let the same day. So impressed with the professionalism and how well we were treated, in particular Kseniya - she worked so hard for us and we felt very well taken care of. Would work with them again 100%.

I had a very recent bad experience with the Manchester branch. Very unprofessional!
I viewed two properties, and I did offer on the spot, and both were available; they said no offer. The agent promised to send a message with all the necessary details. I received nothing, and I had to chase them by email and phone calls many, many times, and luckily they responded to the last call on next day to tell me, "It's my bad; I forgot to send the message and that someone this morning already paid the deposit", I ended up not having the opportunity even to submit an app. I made an offer on another property on the phone, which was available, and had to chase it multiple times. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency and unprofessionalism!

Had everything done with no headaches, they took care of everything and I just had to move in.

As a FTB, I was super stressed during the process but the sales team really went above and beyond. They were always available to answer any queries I had, not to mention booking extra viewings just to be sure the place I was buying was the right one. Even after completion, they are still there to advise and honestly I couldn't hope for a better support during the purchase. Would definitely recommend!

I recently used Kingsdene to filing a new tenant for my apartment in central Manchester. Katie Henstock was amazing. Professional and diligent and found me a new tenant within 2 days. Handled all of the paperwork so it was effortless for me and my wife. Tenants have been in for a while now and are lovely. My boyfriend and I were looking at properties to rent however the letting agent wasn’t able to answer the most basic of questions about the property like the council tax bracket. We were eager to put a deposit down on the property and get it sorted that day; however, their system of applying through a simple text message is not an efficient method. My largest issue with the company is the lack of communication. I understand the the property market is very busy right now but that is no excuse for us having to send multiple messages and calls and having to wait ridiculous lengths of time for a simple answer to offer enquiries. On review of their service it might be that we dodged a bullet as it’s doesn’t fill me with confidence that they would be competent letting agents.
