If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are definitely scammers. My order doesn't even show up in their system after 15 days. I recommend using your money on more reliable brands.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, they say that it is from Italy. The shipment is coming from China, also ordered ages ago and the shipment has not moved, total scam! Nearly 1 month and there has been no movement on the shipment. Rather stick to known brands

Over priced Chinese crap. BUYER BEWARE

Over priced Chinese crap, I ordered and paid for photochomatic sunglasses, what i recieved was a very light shaded sunglasses in a crappy frame, I live in Australia and these might be good on a winter day with no sun shining, if I could leave negative stars they would get minus 10. I'll be trying to get a refund. If you are looking for new sunglasses, my advice is keep looking.. BUYER BEWARE...

The glasses arrived and looked good

The glasses arrived and looked good. The problem was that they didn’t fit my face since I have a nose and they are made in a very peculiar way, I guess for an Asian type of face. Anyway, I contacted customer service and they gave me an address to send the glasses back to:
Name: Seven Hu
Address: Room 506, No. 285, Danyang Road, Xiangshan
City: Ningbo
Province: Zhejiang
Country: China
Postal Code: 315700
(It was all in German because I live in Berlin.)
I spent 50 euros to send them back and I’m still waiting for the full refund. I’m not that clever, I admit. Don’t buy anything from them because it will cost you more than going to a shop and buying a pair of Carreras or Ray-Bans.

Fraud Alert -K7 is separating orders and not shipping full orders

Fraud Alert! I purchased four pair of sunglasses from K7, and they only shipped three. I emailed them and they asked me for pictures of the boxes, pictures of the glasses and refuse to acknowledge that they placed my order into two shipments. I showed them the purchase confirmations, the order receipt that shows they separated my order, and they continue to refuse to issue a refund for the single pair I didn't receive. Buyer Beware!

Die NOT order here

All said in other comments. Cheap glasses, only possibility of return/refund (likely as the glasses are of very poor quality) ist to send them to China for around 50 Euro.

Money waste

Money waste. Absolutely scam sunglasses. Not worth 1 star. Saltwater contact and you can litter it. Chinese farm rating makes the good rating. Don't buy!!!

1 star is too many stars

These sunglasses are junk. I bought a rimless set and they came scratched, bent, and the lenses wiggle in the frame, not just because the frame is bent, but because the frame design itself is super-cheap. I wouldn't have even paid $15 for these. Not at all surprising since they shipped from Wuhan, China and have thousands of 5 star reviews, which I see now are obviously Chinese bot farm reviews. I'll just be paying premium prices for reputable sunglasses makers from now on.

Customer Service Sucks

Glasses seem fine, but the lenses are too big for my face. I contacted them for refund or exchange through their "easy to use refund page" and got no response. Absolutely don't buy from this company

Don't waste your money or time

I've been trying to get ahold of this company to return a pair of glasses that I do not like for a full refund. There is no response. I highly encourage you not to buy from this company due to lack of any customer service.

ordered a pair of sunglasses from them…

ordered a pair of sunglasses from them 2 weeks ago the tracking number provided does not provide any helpful information. I sent an email to Kingseven official email inquiring about the status of my order, and about tracking#. I received a reply saying they use multiple shipping systems and I will receive the sunglasses in a couple of days, I don’t have confidence in their reply. Unfortunately I think I have been scammed. If anyone is contemplating buying sunglasses from this sham company BEWARE OF SHAM-Scam!!!!!!!!
