I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The delivery was excellent — it arrived the very next day, even though that next day was a Saturday, which I really didn’t expect. That alone was impressive!
One small part on the RC car turned out to be faulty, but their response was absolutely brilliant. They replaced the faulty part immediately and sent it out with next day delivery as well. No hassle, no delays — just quick, efficient service.
The price was spot on, especially considering the level of customer service they provide. It’s rare to find both competitive pricing and genuinely excellent support, but they delivered on both.

Customer service is rubbish. Happy to take your money but unwilling to help with any issues. Definitely wont be shopping with them again.

First of all I would like to say the speed of the delivery was amazing. After purchasing an rc boat from kings lynn model shop and I forgot to check what battery terminals were required for the batteries, after looking at online videos some people were getting two terminals with the boat, so I emailed to check well I received a shity email saying most people check before purchase and no you don’t get any terminals with this or any others. The next day I ordered the box and in the bag of parts was two battery terminals. Then I took the boat on madden voyage after doing all my checks put the boat on the water a couple of minutes later the boat stopped planning, I bring the boat in and the water line spilt in three places and as a result the boat was full of water, I’ve tried to repair and the water line’s keep disintegrating. No happy nearly £300 I expected better quality.

Superb value for money and great service. I bought two RC cars and the prices were so good that other companies couldn't match it, including everyone's favourite that begins with M. Next day delivery via APC who were faultless. I now regularly check the 'deals' section because you can never have too many cars!

In these days of economic decline and many local model shops are forced to close I've just received my latest order from King's Lynn Models.
These guys are spot on and have never failed to come up with the goods.
They always have what I'm looking for in stock, always at very reasonable prices, delivery is fair and goods received within 2-3 days after I order.
If I need anything model related I always check their website and I'm never disappointed.
If only I lived closer I would spend hours (and more money) there.

This was my first time purchasing from Kings Lynn Model Shop, and it wont be my last. I placed the order for a number of items just after 12 o'clock in the afternoon, 1 item was out of stock, but they rang me up and offered an alternative, which I accepted, ( 5 meter roll of white covering film was out of stock, but they offered 3 X 2 meter rolls instead, only £1.70 extra for a meter more, exceptional, value me thinks! I was then informed it would be dispatched the same afternoon, it arrived at 09.35 the next morning. I have no connection to this store, but think great service should be recognised.

Waiting since the 2nd of October for a refund for some batteries that were next to useless. Shambles and will never use again. 9 weeks plus for a refund is a joke.

Steve from Kings Lynn model shop called me and said that my order would not be available until the 28th of November. He laughed at me on the phone and was very ignorant so i asked him to refund the money. He said he would but when i checked my account he only made a partial refund and he kept the postage costs. He only refunded me £59.90 yet i paid £66.80. I have had to raise a case to Paypal in order to get my money back. Hard to believe a shop would call you and start laughing at you in this way....i bought from them before but will never buy from them again....terrible service.****AVOID AT ALL COSTS******

This was my first order with KLMS, and it was an easy, seem less transaction. I was buying my first EDF jet, and needed a radio and batteries as well as the aircraft, and KLMS had everything I needed in stock and ready to dispatch. I ordered on the Monday and all the items arrived on Tuesday, which is fantastic service, considering that I live on the opposite side of the UK. I would recommend this store and I will certainly be using them again.

Ordered RTF model, received PNP model nearly 2 weeks later. Now have to arrange a return and wait for a refund. Time and money wasted. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered some servo's from the shop at 2pm yesterday 5th of April and received them the next morning at 10 am, Wow that's what I call great service,I can't thank you guys enough...Regards Rob Demytruk

For the second time in as many months I wanted to buy a Futaba Transmitter and additional receivers.

Not only were KLMS the best priced around, Steve was able on both occasions to manipulate his stock to give me the exact Tx/Rx combinations I wanted… very rare for a retailer to give proper customer service nowadays!
Such a simple online ordering system and use of reliable courier too (APC).

KLMS will definitely be my first point of call for any future RC electronics.

Just stumbled across this great Model shop..Found aircraft I was looking for at a great price plus free delivery.So ordered very late on a Sunday Night.So they would have picked the order up on a Monday.Up flying my New model from Kings lynn Model shop on a Wednesday. Packaging was spot on.No rips in box,or dents.Great company.Defiantly use this great Model shop again.

Returned a faulty servo got a new one very quickly my experience has been good very nice people on the phone. Will buy something else next time👍

After taking a lot longer to be delivered than was quoted I built the model only to find that wing spar screws were missing, on phoning to explain my missing screws I was made to feel guilty as I was told the bags of screws were weighed, I explained that if they were standard screws I would have been happy to buy some but these were a special size, why would I waste my time and phone call to make this up ! I was told I would get some sent. 20 days later nothing and despite two reminder emails sent I am now being ignored ! Just one more example of a business that couldn’t care less once they have your money, will not recommend to anyone, over £400spent with them and a model that I can’t fly due to missing wing spar screws, no more business from me !!

Ordered a helicopter for my Dad. The product was expected or ‘Due 4 March.’ I placed my order 10th April. Received a phone call saying that they had no stock expected 25th April and they would despatch my order once it was in stock. This week commencing 1 May, I received a phone call stating it was in stock but we are waiting for you to call before we despatch it. I don’t have access to my phone at work, you’re closed when I finish. No other way to contact you - I called and was left on hold. I was annoyed that the item was not in stock at time of order, advertised at the time as being in stock, took the payment on 10th April so expected my order to be despatched as soon as available. Trying to cancel the order sourced it elsewhere, somewhere more reliable and honest - actually delivered next day.
