Package didn't show up. Customer Service sent out another package very quickly with a few extras <3

It's fine that mistakes happen and stuff gets left out of an order, but when it takes nearly a month to resolve it, naturally inventory won't be available once you finally get an answer. Add in shoddy communication on pre-orders (why go to the trouble to email that there's been a delay on one item, but the rest of your order will ship separately and then not actually follow through on that?) and I dread seeing that so many of my favorite artists use KRM.

This was the second time I've ordered from Kings Road Merch and I'm a happy customer again. I picked up a two pack of mystery shirts, received them quickly, and they're great quality. Easy shopping and check out.

Ordered 2 mystery items with free gift. Didn’t receive free gifts - and was told afterwards that they didn’t have anymore to give. I pre-ordered it…pretty disappointing. I give one star for customer service since it took so long for a response. I give 2 stars bc I did like my mystery items I received.

Everything I have oreder has always been excellent. I had a damaged lp they just sent out a new one no problem.

I placed an order on 4/21/23. I followed up when it didn't arrive. I never heard from anyone until today when I was asked to review my order.
This is the second time in about a year that I didn't receive an order jn a timely manner and with no communication from Kings Road Merch.

Kings Road Merch is the best! I received my items slightly sooner than expected, all intact and properly wrapped. I think I already reviewed my customer service experience when I first placed the order, but in case I didn't... My child decided they wanted a different hat after I placed the order, and customer service was able to sort it out and get them what they wanted without the slightest bit of hassle.

I feel misled with my order. It was promised a "free gift" with my order while supplies last. My order went in right after the email came out and no free gift was included. Seems to be the same response on the other NFG forums. Also, there was an order that was confirmed placed after mine and they received the free gift. It was just a little frustrating and disappointing.

Sent three emails. No answer. I’ve spent 110$ so had the free shipping. I was charged for the shipping anyway. And no answer at all…

When shipping was slow, they kept in contact. Delivered the product promised packaged well and in good condition.

The new Rancid was released on 6/2. I think it should he ave shipped so it would be delivered on that date. I still have not received it and it’s 6/8 now.

Abandoned a vinyl purchase once I found out the shipping and tax costs but they went ahead and took the payment anyway. Have tried to contact them but no reply. Not going to risk returning the item as it could just go down a black hole. So now I have a vastly over-priced copy of Closing Time which is suppose is better than nothing

Great shirts, printed in high quality. I have purchased many shirts from this company and they are legit. Last order was lost but Melissa Wilson was fantastic to handle the situation. Im very happy. Will buy again.

I love my DESCENDENTS enjoy shirt, but it only get’s 4 stars because it is not soft at all. Every other DESCENDENTS shirt that I have is super soft and this one (ringer shirt) is like sand paper. Maybe that’s why I haven’t worn it yet and I’ve had it for two months.

I received a piece of merch that I didn't order. I did follow up with support and they apologized, told me they'd ship the right item which was totally fine. I never received the right order and didn't receive any reply the next time I followed up. I had placed plenty of orders with kingsroads in the past and always had great experiences but I can't say that I'll ever use them again.
