Efficient Service!
Though my experience with them was brief, I couldn't have asked for a more professional customer service. The gentleman that helped me with a mistake I made on an order was quick, responsive, and very helpful. He was more than happy to cater to my request within an hour of requesting service.
I'd definitely go to them again in the future.

Oh where to begin LOL
The owner is nice and very helpful, he and his team respond fast. There is like no downtime at all, the servers are always online, I've had no issues with them and plan to continue using them and defiantly recommend them :D
Also, they have an affiliate program that you can get paid to spread the word about then, so that is a plus.
