1 year on in our Kingswood Home
We've been living in our Kingswood Home for a year now and we love it. We'd lived in a new build home previously (Taylor Wimpey) and had an awful experience with the quality and service. The experience with Kingswood Homes has been polar opposite - from purchase to snagging to general customer service, it's a small company so you always feel like you're talking to someone who can help - rather than being passed from department to department. There's a real personal touch to the service that you don't get or expect from a big homebuilder. Any snags have been dealt with promptly and anything outstanding we know and trust are underway. A truly great experience.
