Disgusting agency and people. Used my vulnerable situation to leech off of me and rip me off. Their contracts are shady and fishy, signing one of them was a very poor decision. Never trust them or sign anything! Avoid at all cost! They would never bother with fixing anything just so at the end they could blame all that on me. My property was in such bad state and the common areas stank a lot. I just can’t believe there are any good reviews about them, truly mind blowing.

I am happy to have a dealing with Kingswood to get a rental flat. It's too good to communicate with Ajay Patel as he had clarified all my quires and concerns.

leaving one star because I have to. Scheduled a viewing for a property at the agreed price on the rental listing, agent verbally agreed the price and all was good. However a few days later I notice the price changed, so I rang them to ask, they said it was a listing error. I checked again this morning and the price increased by quite a lot more. I gave them a ring and was told that it was a technical issue and they had to pass it to the technical team... biggest load of nonsense I've ever heard. I think we've dodged a Bullet by not renting with this agency, They don't care about about tenants or prospective tenants, I understand that its a business , but you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Kingswood manage a property next to mine on the docks at Preston. Recent storms (Dec ‘21) have cause damage to the shared rear dividing fence yet they have failed to respond to all attempts to have the damage repaired. Two months later, their landlord called us to query whether we knew about the damage! They hadn’t even informed him! Come on Kingswood, get your act together and provide a professional service! Be assured, this is ‘polite’ feedback.

The repair team was great and got each thing sorted.

The worst landlords you could ever meet. Greedy company only wanting money with no hassle or efforts given to maintain a property. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

I would give zero stars if I could appalling customer service, my tenant moved out 3 weeks ago and they haven’t told me. I cannot believe this company absolutely shocking.

I had an appalling experience with this company. Rang and initially spoke to Colleen who was initially helpful giving insight into the area . I rang back spoke to another sales person and arranged for two viewings on 25/10/21, I clearly stipulated that I lived two hours away so if there was to be any changes in status to either property to contact me to which he agreed. I arrived and had heard nothing so I rang Kingswood who firstly told me thru had no record of my viewings. I was also told that the the more experienced property in Sandown Court had now been removed from the market. This made very angry as the salesman had told me i couldn’t make a bid as I hadn’t viewed it. I was then told the other property was not available to view. When I did register my dissatisfaction they found me another property to view in Sandown Court but one hour and half hours later which meant I had to wait around Preston for another hour and half. This was not suitable at all. Thanks to Kingswood I have caught four trains changed at two different stations and wasted a day due to their unprofessional approach.

As a tennant of this so called estate agents I am consistently met with a disgraceful standard of customer service from this company when ever I am unfortunate enough to have an issue at the property I rent and have to contact these people.

Inept, incompetant and lackadaisical staff who have absolutley no concept of customer service. If you are a prospective tennant, landlord or looking to buy or sell a property, avoid this agency at all costs.

Ajay Patel from Kingswood made our first time buy a piece of cake, from the viewing to handling of the process and getting our keys Ajay was very helpful, professional and quick to get onto things that required pushing along.

As a Landlord was very impressed with the service provided by Ajay in renting out our 3 bed semi-detached in Ribbleton. In a week we had a choice of a few prospective tenants and Ajay with his local experience advised on the best tenants for us for my asking price. All safety certificates arranged very quickly, and very detailed inventory report compiled and sent to me before tenants moved in. Very organised, professional outfit is Kingswood Properties, and very reasonable fees for full management compared to others.

Purchase off a Property

They blatantly lie straight to your face, have no shame in the fact that they do whatever they can make the sale and just generally don't care about the customer at all. Everytime ask for an update they seem to have forgotten the previous call or just lie and say they already called back. When the offer was finally accepted they had no trouble to continually keep calling me to hurry up and pay for searches to speed the process up for them.

Kingswood honestly suck. I wouldn't go with them anticipating good service, when your spending money to buy a house. You would expect them to be reasonable and helpful and remember certain that's you've asked for the day before.

Just be cautious and prepared.
