Really appreciate all the help from Josh. I have been following the referral issue for the last one week and no outcome. Different people saying different things. Luckily spoke to Josh this morning and the work is done within an hour.
I personally am Thankful to Josh for understanding my situation and helping me out. Need not to say but he is a True Professional and knows how to deal with customer issues.

We had a good experience with Kingswood. We dealt with Chris who offered us advice and guidance as this is our first home and this continued throughout the process. Although sometimes he was difficult to get hold of, he was very busy dealing with us towards the end of the process. Mark his colleague was also very nice and very proactive when answering questions and finding out information for us, and he even answered the phone whilst he was on holiday! Overall a positive experience and should we ever sell our home, we would certainly speak to Kingswood.

Our experience of purchasing from Kingswood was first class. Our contact (Chris) was very accommodating when it came to viewings outside of normal working hours and his overall communication was great on all things relating to the purchase. Buying a house can be stressful but the process was made a whole lot easier by Chris. We are now very happy in our new home.

Staff are courteous and friendly. Also, communications were efficient and professional with Joe Bartlett, the lettings agent. The tenancy application process went smoothly.

I have been using Kingswood to manage my properties for a few years. In the past there have been communication issues between deportment but I am pleased to see that this seems to have improved recently. The letting agents tend to deal with most issues without involving me and only contact me when it’s absolutely necessary. On the whole I am happy with the way they manage my properties.
