I've been with an open incident for 14 days about a product and they just make excuses (if I send photos, if I put it in English, if they are investigating it) but I still have no product and no money. I'm going to write it in English as well so that they don't make any more excuses for me.
Store credit as a refund? No thanks
Purchased a game download, took the money, item not available, note received saying we’ve processed your refund as store credit. If you want refund via the format you paid by, you need to contact them. I paid by PayPal so raised a dispute and PayPal refunded me straight away. Scandalous they sell you things they don’t have and then give you store credit only.

They charged me, I went to my profile to get the key, and notice a message saying "Partially Completed". Turns out they don't have stock but decided to take my money and make me wait. Horrendous service and will never use them again.

Kinguin is a key reseller and makes no attempt to hide it; from selling keys they can't personally vet themselves, all the work of finding a trusted seller and buying from them is your own responsibility.
Oh, but they'll tack on a service fee too, just so they can refund you your order when inevitably it goes wrong.
Last order I made, I tried to buy the same product twice from two different reseller, who the moment they took my money and were completing my order, the other trader suddenly decided to pull out and I was refunded in store credit twice.
I don't want store credit - I want the game you advertised and sold me. But I tried again, and it happened AGAIN.
Thankfully I was refunded to my account, but it's such an infuriating experience I would only shop there if there was an incredible deal. And even then, you might never get what you pay for...

Your refund will be returned. It doesn't say when or how or why. So the money I've wasted I have to wait weeks maybe. Customer service is literally non existent been waiting 10 hours for a reply to my question when will I get my money so I can but game.please do not use this site cancel your order when they don't have game in stock. Then keep your money with no time scale for refund.

Looking for a cheap Xbox live key, and came across Kinguin - had bought a code for a game from them before which worked fine.
However, when I thought I was getting a code for Xbox game pass, I was actually given an MS account set up for someone in China, in Chinese (forced to use iTranslate and then changed MS site language to English), then given some random email and password and was given instructions to convert into my account by changing their original email to my own email address and password.
This was not a code, to me it’s grey area licensing which is bordering on fraud.
I have asked for a refund to which they have not responded. Fuming and feel conned - will happily wait for a response but doubt they will do anything. Expect to write off £29.

Bought something. Got something wrong for the first time but never got my money back.
Pre-ordered Diablo 2 Resurrected
Pre-ordered Diablo 2 Resurrected, 3 months ago.
Received an email one month prior to release saying eveyone who pre-ordered should be entitled to play the beta. Guess what, i never received mine! Send a ticket, got a reply stating they where sorry (coming from Kinguin) because they f*cked up, and shortly after removed their false advertisement altogether.
At release day, i received another email saying "again" We're sorry to inform you but the supplier has problems securing the required keys and so on...
What the actual "F####K"?! They did it again and i gets worse, their way of offering compensation is by giving you 3 choices. 1st. Do nothing and wait for it as any idiot would do. 2nd. Accept 2 gift cards including a 3$ compensation in order for you to use at the Blizzard Store (which during unmentioned price changes doesn't hold squat) of course..
And 3rd. Request your money back with a 5% compensation... (heck, i still lose more money from doing any transaction with them than what is being offered) so no, that will not do!!!
This is going to be the last time i'll be purchasing anything from either G2Play and Kinguin because they're one and the same, vile scammers!!!

Ordered Diablo 2 Resurrected, a month before release, on day of release they told me they had "Run out of keys" then told me that they would refund and give me enough to buy Battlenet gift cards, and they haven't covered that, like they said they would.
Disgusting company, don't preorder through them, don't use this company, take over a day to reply, avoid this company

2 you activate the key and see that it is duplicated
3 you report the problem to Kinguin
4 they ask you to send them a screenshot of where in steam where you see the message that the key is duplicated
5 After sending the screenshot... Please contact Steam support asking for the time and date of activation of this key and inform us with a screenshot of this conversation.
6 Steam says that if you have obtained the key outside of Steam, you will have to contact the seller, that the support team will not be able to provide you with a replacement key.
The worst thing about this is that Kinguin knows in advance that you will find yourself in a dead end.

First time i try with pinguin because the game i wanted was not on Instant Gaming , so my payment was "processing" all the night and the day after it was canceled. So yeah.. never again with pinguin.. Instant gaming is the number 1
