I loved the ring, everything perfect... only issue I had was when I tried contact them, but everything else perfect, and in time.

Ring broke within one hour of receiving it. Both my husband and I have tried to contact customer service to get return instructions and have not heard back from anyone.

Could’ve bought the same ring on Amazon for $10 cheaper same brand and everything. I was very annoyed about the follow up emails were always from different companies. Ordered directly from the company and My ring was shipped from Amazon. And it’s made in China. 🤬

Being a retailer that carries KingWill my view is a little different than a typical customer. We don't have a huge flow of the product but it has become one of our more pushed lines. With the new age fashion and the affordable pricing it is a nice fit.

Beautiful crushed opal and tungsten ring! My boyfriend loved this gift. Everything is true to size and looks just like the pics online. I ordered the wrong size initially, and I emailed customer service, I simply returned the box with the return label they emailed me and within the week I had the replacement ring in the mail. Highly reccomend!!! The representative I spoke with is named Tina, so helpful and kind.

I ordered a ring and got the wrong item. I requested a replacement and received the same exact incorrect item. When trying to contact the vendor, their site wouldn’t allow me to submit my claim. Terrible experience this go around which is sad because the two rings I bought before were great. - Update: I was in contact with their customer service team who sent me another replacement ring. And AGAIN I RECEIVED THE SAME EXACT WRONG ITEM. They didn’t even contact the warehouse to make sure the correct item was sent to me even AFTER communicating with me! Terrible. I will not be using this company again

It is a very nice ring but it doesn’t fit. I used their measuring technique and even double checked my finger with a vernier caliper (mm) and matched to the ring size, but it is still too small.

My fiance absolutely loves his ring and it fits perfectly.
