I need new underwear but their phone line says they are closed - I’ve tried for the last 2 weeks. I’ve sent 2 emails but no reply.

Is not tan through, only see-through. I have all tan lines from my purchase, I feel I’ve been lied to and am now out $65 bucks. Don’t waste your money.

I purchased for me and my partner a few of the Tan-Through products. We purchased not to make sure we "get a tan" because we understand the importance for our health of getting more sunlight to these parts of the body that rarely see it. When they arrived we were impressed! However, the sizing wasn't ideal, and they quickly rectified this for us. Super happy with the product and experience. Thank you

My husband likes the style of the briefs . They are well made and comfortable. He has several pairs. But despite careful handwashing in low temperature water, the elastic 'goes' very quickly and they are unwearable. Any advice? What are we doing wrong re the washing!

My honest feedback is they do not work effectively as a tan through. I came home from holiday tanned but not where the swimming costume covered. To give the benefit of the doubt, there may have been like 5% sun that got through, but its effect was negligible. 20 years ago I had a tan through one piece and that seemed more effective though did not allow the sun to penetrate the edges of the fabric. Unsure what brand it was, but this is what prompted me to buy this costume. Depending on the pattern and colours, the Kiniki can be slightly see-thru - you can observe this in the manufacturer's photos of the one-pieces, regardless of what may be said to the contrary.

So the main benefits are they dry fast, are lightweight and compact to pack and carry; the prints are attractive - there is a lot of choice of patterns and styles - and you can get the matching sarongs etc. You can also match up with your partner of the opposite sex! There are items on sale, making these more affordable.

Downsides are I find the one-pieces small/short fittings and the so-called 'support' variety I picked is only suitable for small to average bra cup sizes, so the first one I purchased with matching sarong, although I loved the design and it fit when I tried it on; found in use was a waste of money as kept needing adjustment at the chest due to the edges cutting into me in an unflattering fashion. I am usually size 16 and tend to buy bra sized costumes, so to compensate, purchased an 18, and first thought it a good fit - but alas my money was wasted on the first purchase, especially as for the subsequent purchase, the size up was not available and therefore lost the value of the costume + the matching sarong and having to purchase a 20 in the end! It better accommodated the bust area, although the bottom half was a tad loose and I felt this pattern was slightly see through. Regarding the supposed tan through ability, perhaps if you need to use a high SPF factor sun cream, you may find less of a tanning contrast while wearing these costumes - but I use 15 SPF when required and do not need to spend hours in the sun to tan, nor the type to lie around in the sun all day. I came home with tanned limbs and a pale body so no different to any other costume!

In conclusion, the design should be improved for women who are a DD+ or a longer length fitting for the tall women (I take a standard fitting but just saying). They are overpriced for what they are plus the fact they do not allow the expected tan-through; however, there are the benefits I have stated and a choice of styles in the bargain basement. The customer service and speed of delivery was good.

I started to switch to Kiniki a few months ago and have not regretted my decision.
I have tried a few styles and finally settled on the 'Newton' range trunks, which are beautifully crafted and extremely comfortable, also available in a good range of colours.
I have other styles in the same range and I like them but the Newton trunks are the mainstay of 'that' drawer now.
As was also mentioned in another review, it is good to be able to enjoy supporting a well-made home brand that offers excellent service.

Ordered couple of thongs and was amazed by how bulky and high rise they were, compared to other brands I own doreanse and Ergowear they are well made but not skimpy enough.

Great service and quick shipping. I’m not a fan of the fit of the tan through micro brief I bought. For a fabric that’s not super stretchy a pouch would be perfect to hold a man’s package. I’m slightly above average in that department and I just feel like my goods are being crushed. I don’t see myself wearing these for any length of time. Maybe with the next redesign you can make a pouch micro brief that is designed for supporting what a man is packing.

Does not tan through. Can see absolutely no difference between this and a normal bathing suit still has very clear cut tan lines but just spent more money.

Highly recommended. Bought something 3 times, always loved the items. During sales the prices are absolutely Amazing! Even when not on sale, many products are already affordable. Love some of their fabrics and the sexy orientation :-).

The products are interesting even not enough renew...
but their politic of sale and confort of the clients ...even for old clients is becoming : 0 !!
They are so lazy than i paid for 32.92 £ for 3 pieces...and i must paid also 24 € at the door with the postman !!?? for customs ?? now with BREXIT they have to do a clearance...
On this clearance they put the full price without discount and the real price we paid !!?? finally we are charge full and also the shipment who was writing free for Black friday in their publicity and finally i must paid !!
Bad politics around them only not in direction of clients...

Very fast delivery today and the quality is excellent as usual.

I found Kiniki over 30 years ago. Since then, I wear nothing else (in terms of underwear, that is). Kiniki briefs are high cut at the hip which looks good but most of all they are really comfortable, shaped snugly to fit a man's bits. There is a great range of styles and good vibrant colours. I also like that they are not made in China, but in this country by a family firm. Service and delivery is friendly and prompt.

Yes they are tan through (but you need a bit of patience if you have never wore them before).
There is a very light cover on your skin so you will be 1/2 shades "lighter" than the areas fully exposed to the sun.

You have probably experienced this before: we tend to tan less on our faces than our forearms (sun angle, longer exposure etc)

I have a very, very very light skin tone but can tan and get to a very dark tone.

After a normal-bikini summer my tan would fade to a lighter tone, but you can still see the definite "whiter than white" area where no sun has ever reached :)

It took me 2 years to have no tan line with the kiniki swimwear. Year 1 my incredibly white skin got a bit darker underneath the swimwear.
But any exposed skin (forearms etc) started from a different shade, so they did look darker.

After year 2 I cannot see any definite tan lines, I can see a slight tone difference between exposed and under-the-swimsuit skin, but it's a blend rather than the harsh "Oreo" difference I had before.

Ps I will admit that the bikini straps only, being ticket than the rest of the swimsuit, have a stronger sun-protection ability. So I could "see" them in year one. But I don't think anyone else would have been able to spot them on my neck.
By popping the straps down very occasionally or just moving them a bit, this was not the case after year 2.

This was a very long review to say: yes, it works, you will not have to look like an Oreo anymore (yuppi).
Remember good SPF.
And give your skin some time: if the rest of the body is tanned/used to tan, it will produce melanin faster than the areas underneath the swimsuits, but after 2 summers I cannot see any difference. Love it.

I just love my set of neon Newton Tangas. Vibrant colours, comfortable fit and wonderful feeling of freedom. Quick delivery too.

If you are black like I am, the confusing print they use wont cause any problems. But there's this white triangle of fabric they use to hide your crotch. If you are dark skinned, it translates to a strange white patch on your crotch. Still love the design, wish I could get a refund but its fine, still love your prints and the idea of tan-through swimwear.

I found this brand completely by accident, the 50% sale promoted me to give them a try. Website easy to use, good accurate pictures of the products and sensible postage cost of £3.50. Two days later the order arrived. Individual packaged in environmentally friendly pouches. The feel and quality of the underwear is fantastic! Also found out they theu are British made in Staffordshire by what seems to be a family owned, long established company. I have placed a second order already

I love this swimwear! I sit between an Australian size 10 and 12 so wasn't sure which size to order, but based on other reviews I ordered the size 10, and the fit is great! Definitely go to the smaller size if you're between two sizes. A lot of reviews say they're see-through, but honestly they aren't see through ONCE YOU PUT THEM ON - unless someone came right up close, on a very particular angle, in just the right light, and tried really really hard to look. I bought them thinking I'd only wear them in the back yard but they look so great I will wear them to the beach too! They seem to make me look slimmer than other swimwear I own, perhaps because they're matt, not shiny? My only thought is that perhaps if you were very large busted, the strapless design (I bought) would probably not provide enough support. But that's not me, so I'm very happy with them.

I love my Franco boxers! I have been a Kiniki customer for years and keep coming back for more- it's the only place I go for underwear now.
The boxers are so comfortable and well made, and deli very is always on time and in individually wrapped pouches.

As of August 29, 2020 Saturday I have not received any refund on my order that was placed on August 22, 2020 Saturday requesting that my order be canceled because I believed that I was being over charged by JW Walker Bank who I guess takes care of Online orders receiving payments form the customers bank account. And the phone number for Kiniki does not work in Southern California.
