It was easy to contact Kinly and the call back came through exactly as arranged. The questions were extensive but I was guided through the process with curtesy and knowledge. I was advised that it may take some time for the DWP to decide my case.

My partner has Macular degeneration
My partner has Macular degeneration. This is causing him to go blind over a period of time. We applied for Attendance Allowance which was refused. It was suggested we contact an organisation who could help. Well we did, it was Kinly. They were very proffessional, telephoned me and went through the application. It took about an hour. Cut things short, a few weeks later my partner was granted full AA which now helps him get taxis and other help he may need. So a big thankyou and would reccomend you toanyone needing help.
