I would like to return the 2 items I purchased as they are not helping me as I had hoped. If I want to return it for refund it has to be shipped to Germany.... Thats going to cost more than the price I paid. Wish it was made known when ordered. Disappoined!!

So wonderful
So wonderful. Thank you for designing and making this pillow. My sleep has been much much better. I can roll around anytime and stay asleep,change positions because nothing hurts during the night anymore. I wake up happy. And I walk away from the bed with no morning stiffness and pain. My injuries are from a lifetime of riding and training horses. My spine is now a lot happier!! No sciatica pain any more. The muscles around the injured areas are being held in place all night so they can rest up for the next day. They are much stronger now.

I sent an email to the support address…
I sent an email to the support address last week stating my sciatica was worse after using the pillow for two weeks. It states in their return procedure to contact them and not just mail the pillow back. I did that but haven’t heard back on how to proceed. I did get two more emails telling me to purchase again. I tried it and my sciatica pain got much worse. I could hardly support myself on that leg. After I stopped using it, my sciatica is not troubling me. I am doing exercises for it.
I wish to return the pillow.
