I ordered a maternity dress in Dec 2024 looking forward to wear it at my baby shower on Feb 2025 after countless of emails trying to locate my delivery to South Africa as I couldn’t track it from their website . They said my parcel was delayed and was still at custom for a full two months busy trying to ask them to assist me with my order and they ended up telling me that my order was delivered to the address that I had provided and that I should ask my neighbours if they didn’t sign it on my behalf , it who does that . My parcel was never delivered to me and when I told them that they couldn’t help me and just ignored my emails . They couldn’t even prove who signed off the parcel . It’s October now and I still haven’t accepted that I lost R1500 for a dress I never received. I feel like their company are just a scam . Or maybe it’s because I ordered from South Africa and they are in Europe.. very bad experience !!!!

I ordered an item and waited for over 2 months, until I was forced to raise a claim with paypal. Item never arrived and I've been told stories about how they don't have tracking number, that I need to sort it out myself, parcel is waiting for custom clearance and at the end it is about to be delivered. Obviously, it never arrived. Fortunately Paypal refunded me the full purchases but... Definitely not bying here anymore. The whole journey feels like one big scam!
