Ordered an adapter over a month ago, stating next day shipping on their website. I have received no communication from them apart from that the piece is being anodised and will ship in a week. That was 2.5 weeks agai and no reply to the 2 follow up emails I have written. I have now raised a formal complaint for the lack of an issued refund and am going through my payment provider to cancel the order. They do not communicate. They take your money, refuse to ship the products and then ignore your refund requests. I wanted to think they were good but this company is a scam. I’m opening a formal investigation with my lawyers in the UK

I bought a defective 500€ Kipon Baveyes P67–L 0.7x adapter (blue spot in highlights, documented by other users).
Despite multiple attempts to contact Kipon, I received no response.
Customer service is extremely bad, and product quality seems inconsistent.
I strongly advise against buying from them.

I bought a Pentax 645 to Leica L 0.7x Speedbooster, Pentax 645 lenses do not fit, the speedbooster arrived with an E mount, I've contacted the website and had no response

Customer service experience for returning a product to their eBay store is severely lacking.

Improvement is badly needed.

Terrible customer service after receiving a faulty product, I will never buy from Kipon again.
