Zero stars. Ordered in December 2025. Received nothing. No response despite multiple attempts to get updates and to demand a refund. The phone number is a Texas number and appears to be no longer in use. The address in Seattle looks like an apartment complex. This looks to be a non-legitimate business that takes your money and gives you nothing.

This is August 1st 2025... And I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter.. Trying to reach out about delivery or something.. say my order was placed... And I have heard nothing else... REAL SAD ... Because I thought you had a good product... What the world is coming to because of A DOLLAR 💵 ... IS SAD❗🤨.....

The wrong item was sent to me. I have reached out about this but have gotten no response. I would like to discuss fixing this.

i paid for express shipping- it's been 2 weeks and i STILL haven't received my package. i've tried to contact the company 4 times and call and no answer!! never ordering from here again

I ordered a necklace with a small pearl pendant. The pendant arrived with the pearl separated from the necklace. Nobody will answer phone or email, and they are leaving me on read on other social media platforms.

The necklace is fake and you can find the same jewelry on the websites for $5. Be smarter than me and do your research

Fresh water pearl necklace fake, not real pearl. Not even quality costume jewelry . Fake Pearls strung loosely and clasp cheap. I dont expect to get refund from China. Customer service nonexistent from the reviews I just read. The vermeil necklace I got was tiny and
insignificant. Lesson learned too late. I have gotten burned ordering from China in the past. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS

The day my order came I wore the earrings for a couple of hours and then I took them off to look at them and when I tried putting them on again it wouldnt close. I have emailed the company to have a replacement or to get it fixed but have not received any response.

The earrings arrived and are much smaller than expected. I’ve emailed your customer service team 3 times for returns approval and no one has gotten back to me. Beyond disappointed.

I am a bit disappointed, the jewelry is beautiful, but I think it's more for a teenager or little girl, it's tiny and the sign is smaller than a coin,I'd rather go for something like a quarter.Thank you much,I'll keep it.

I got this for my niece for her graduation as this is what she wanted. Not sure about the company as the website was registered in November 2023. I figured it might be a small start up and since she wanted it I gave them a shot. We paid express shipping which is about 2-4 business days. These items are shipping form china so keep that in mind. Our item stayed in customs for about 2 days so that had me concerned. Anything can happen. Needless to say we got our item on the 5th business day.
My niece says she loved it and I will say it looked like it was packaged nice.
I was taking a chance and did not like the experience.
Not sure I will purchase from here again.

My daughter was really excited about this necklace so I ordered it for her birthday to surprise her. I paid extra shipping so that it would be delivered in time for her birthday. It was not. I wrote to customer service asking if the additional amount I paid for express shipping could be refunded since it arrived late, but never heard back from them. My daughter has now worn the necklace for a few days, and the gemstone has already fallen out of it. So all in all, not a great experience — but a costly one.
