Meh, it was okay
I was skeptical to this website, and I called before I actual made my purchase. The lady who answered the phone call was rush and unfriendly. She made me feel I was the one to bother her, perhaps?? With 3 Santa bed, she asked to take my phone number down saying someone will reach to me again before I finished asking all my questions. I’m not surprised that nobody follows up with me afterwards.
Due to the sale was decent, I still made my purchase through website. The shipping speed was normal around one week from them in east coast to me in west coast in US. The merchandise was fine, no fancy.
The only possibility I might return to shop again is only if the price is competitive, if the price is the same I do not mind purchasing with other websites. Because I do not see any customer service or feel welcoming throughout my recent purchase at all.
