Some nice pieces but unfortunately they do not accept sales returns despite spending over £700! They really need to improve their customer services.

Kishan’s service is beyond a joke. Where do I start. I reached out to him via email as this is what his website asks for customers who want something bespoke. He emailed me back asking me to confirm a date suitable where he would be able to visit and discuss. After that, never heard from him again. I sent him numerous emails as I genuinely was interested to have an outfit made for my other half to celebrate a close family wedding oversees. It’s been over a month and I’ve only managed to get his contact number (sourced from my sister) but if she didn’t provide me it after a month then I don’t even think if of heard from. I’m disappointed in the service and lack of communication from this business. I like supporting small businesses and will continue too but this business I would not recommend to anyone unless you want your time wasted. I’ve also been told now that the company do not respond to emails? Very convenient after i sent loads of emails to Kishan. Honestly there are way better places out there than to waste time on this small business who still need a lot of learning when communicating to customers. Hope the feedback is used to better the business.

Despite being a repeat customer prior to this particular experience we received very poor customer service.

Bespoke outfits were ordered - coloured swatches were selected online - I had requested that we meet in person to ensure the colours we are selecting are correct - received no response at all. (yet I have seen on his social media that he meets with clients to select materials and colours!) We were told the order was in process and had been placed. In the interim we had placed another order which was delivered by himself - he confirmed then that before the outfits would despatch from India I would receive images - the production was MASSIVELY delayed. I eventually received the images and one of the outfits was not the right colour - or didn't look it to me. I was quite nervous and emailed Kishan SEVERAL times to no response - simply his original message saying the colours match perfectly. The colour wasn't quite correct but we had bigger issues!

I had ordered with a view to receiving our men's outfits a month in advance of a family wedding. We eventually received them a week before the wedding. Despite providing measurements - the outfits were too big and we had to have them adjusted at our own expense - Kishan wasn't interested or at least wasn't replying to our emails (we had no other way of contacting him - we had even put our phone numbers on the emails so he could contact us - to no avail)

On the wedding day - the poor workmanship came to light with buttons on all three sherwanis falling off - a highly embarrassing situation.

We failed to receive part of our order and that item never materialised - we had to chase for a refund.

Haven't had much of a response with regards to the shoddy workmanship apart from he was aware and would refund the adjustment costs - but no further contact on the matter despite us having emailed back and no refund.

I am very disappointed and would say - save yourself the stress.

I had better bespoke service on Ealing Road and ordering made to measure indian outfits directly from India myself - these arrived as expected and when I was told I would receive them.

So I am inclined to think the issue isn't the indian supplier as we were led to believe briefly!!

I asked for a quote at the start of September. It was out across to me that this outfit would be something possible to be done. I asked for a update regarding a quote numerous times through to the start of october. I Eventually got a quote back 4 weeks later but along with a message saying it was not possible. The customer service is extremely poor and not helpful. Would not recommend.

Kishan was actually really insightful and helpful at the start which is frankly the only good thing about his service. It was all downhill from there. Despite meeting with Kishan at his house NINE months before my wedding, agreeing costs, agreeing a design, even down to providing a stencil for me for three sets of outfits, he then decided to completely ghost me, four months before my events. No response to any email, text, whatsapp, Instagram, phone calls. The stress this caused was unbelievable. I wouldnt have even minded if he couldnt make my outfits if he was too busy and actually told me but instead, just ignored all my messages and left me to find alternative suppliers which was just the perfect amount of stress i needed so close to my wedding.

It was a very good experience with kishan kerai, always a positive response and replies as soon as possible and recieved my order on time as they said me, Thank you so much.

Consummate professional from beginning (enquiry stage) to end (receipt and fitting of products). I placed a bespoke order for a mehndi lengha and for a wedding reception lengha and the quality of outfits and service by Kishan surpassed my expectations! The fact that I placed the order within the UK, I could not have been happier that Kishan is able to provide this offering within the UK and generally worldwide. I will be returning for sure for future occasions!

Have ordered quite a few bespoke outfits which all came perfect and delivered on time for all the different functions I needed them for. I will be ordering further outfits as the customer service and aftercare is exceptional and the service I received was excellent!!
