Worst Customer & aftercare I have ever experienced

I bought a property which was initial designed by Kisiel ltd and since i have taken possession of the property I have had nothing but a terrible experience with the house and its design and built. I have contacted Lukasz at Kisiel, owner, and reported issues however, was only met with lots of promises, but no actual delivery. I would strongly advise anyone that considers working, or is working with Kisiel to steer away promptly. They over promise but never deliver. Kisiel and their partnering subcontractors should not be allowed to trade in this country.

After experiencing some issues with the construction site across the alley way, I can really enjoy WFH and do my job well.
Hats off to Annie who has dealt with the issues I’ve had and has communicated effectively throughout.
I’m very impressed with the promptness of reaching out.
