Got it for Christmas. Contacted the manufacturer and they want all this information for warranty. Prolly so they can say we will not stand by our crap product. Known issues, no updates to their products. I tri d to look up the email when purchased, but cannot find it. I got the expensive one, so that sucks. Very disappointed, but in the holiday spirit, I got taken advantage of. I will give them a few days and then take it to my credit card company.

The clock stops working just after the warranty expires

Recieved a Kit Cat Klock Crimson Royale as a gift from my partner for my birthday . Despite lots of attempts and following ‘trouble shooting’ tutorials on the Kit Cat website we still can’t get it to work. Apparently there is a ‘repairer’ about an hour away but despite leaving messages they have not responded let alone repaired anything . Bought via Amazon , however on the leaflet enclosed , Kit Cat Klock instruct us ‘ not to return to your retailer . We are now a little stuck as to what to do . Ideally we’d like a replacement but can find no way to even contact anyone after 2 weeks . If anyone has a UK number that gets answered please forward it to me

Bought through Amazon and it specifically says on in box leaflet to go through Kit Cat NOT the retailer which seems a bit odd . Happy to have a replacement …assuming there is only one Kit Cat company ?.. if whatever is wrong with it can be repaired thats fine but cannot get a response from the repairer .. leave messages and they don’t call back unfortunately

Apparently Kit Cat UK are willing to repair the clock that doesn’t and has never worked for a fee of £27.50

The build quality is shocking, feels like a cheap knock off you’d pay for £5. A friend bought one recently and it has already broke.
But I love how it looks, just wouldn’t spend the money next time.

Kirsty was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Prompt replies and an excellent level of customer service.

She kept me updated throughout the whole process (even sending videos!) and was a pleasure to talk to in general, she really cares about her work.

When I had received my order back, she even had the courtesy to follow up to make sure that everything was still in working order.

10/10 and will absolutely be returning here for any Kit-Cat Klock needs :)

I carefully followed the instructions, but it still did not work. Disappointing!

Wish I searched first. It's cheap junk. Mine back cover came off, it fell down and that's it. Even when I open the box I had bad surprise looking it, so cheap and no engineering

Private piano teacher, put kit cat classic in the kitchen. Every single student loves it. The design is timeless. Rear cover was a bit flimsy, but overall even though it’s light it looks well finished when hanged. Makes a nice movement sound, not a click as such but a mechanical sound. New batteries, will report when it runs out!
I’ll buy some of these as Xmas gifts! My family will love it!
Really glad they are still made in America!

Absolutely awesome service. I was going to try to fix our clock (after he fell off the wall) myself but for the price including parts and postage back, getting these guys to sort it was a no brainer! Thank you :-)

I've had the kit-kat clock for a few years and it stopped animating. Sent it for repair and received excellent customer service from Kit-Kat UK. The clock was sent off, repaired and returned within a week. Thank you Kirsty for sorting it out. Great customer service, very impressed!

Christmas present from my kids. I love it! Looks fantastic.

Bought one of the original black ones last year. The tail and eyes worked for about a month. The tail and eyes use magnets for swinging, has nothing to do with the clock movement. The clock is really made cheap, plastic parts loosely working on plastic parts. It's more of a toy than a clock and way way over-priced. US customer

I ordered a black lady Kit Cat this week which was delivered the next day. She now has pride of place in my kitchen and is keeping the kids amused! We all love it! Great service.

This is a special shout out to Dawn from Customer Service at Kit-Cat UK. We found out that at mechanism had snapped in the clock, which we only had a couple of months. Not only was she super quick with her responses, she showed me how I can fix it at my end to avoid he charge to getting it sent to the company to be fixed and is sending me a replacement part free of charge in the post. Most excellent service. I cant wait for my clock to get going again!!!!! thank again Dawn

I ordered a clock for an anniversary and was assured that the clock would arrive first class in a couple of days but the clock never arrived and when I contacted the Kit-Cat clock company I was told I would have to wait at least another three weeks before they would return my money very disappointed
