Great company. Lovely clothes and quick delivery

I am giving 4 stars because the shirt I bought was a very skimpy ‘one size fits all.’ I returned it.
However the customer service and refund were fast and efficient. A pleasant change these days.

Very happy with all my purchases. Just as shown in photos and prompt delivery. Have bought several tops and a lovely light weight jacket.

This top was totally miss sized. I am size 20 and could not get it over my head. Said fits up to 24. I returned it and put a negative review on the web page and they had not put my review online because it was slightly negative. Also took 2 weeks to get a refund and paid high postage to return it. Their replies to my comments about refunds was very assertive and not at all customer friendly. This company have no manners at all, they ignore negative reviews and only show the 5 star comments. Their products are cheap in price and quality. Do not buy from them.

I bought one item....2 weeks ago...and was so impressed with the quality etc, I went back for another look.
I now have FOUR dresses, all of which fit beautifully.

Used to buy a lot with them. Way too much stock now. Overwhelming and so expensive compared to much smaller businesses. Disappointed in the quality and refund process just way too slow especially. No free delivery to free returns process.

Shocking Refund Process - tracked return arrived back with Kit and Kaboodal on 7July. I’ve received an email today (14 days later), stating a refund has now been processed and will take 3-5 business days to appear in my account. Not impressed!

I have this dress in another colour and liked it so much I ordered another in a different colour. The dresses are lovely material and cool for the summer. Great price and fast delivery.

Returned a top that was awful .
14 days after they receive the return before they even start the refund process and the still not hit my bank a week later !
Very very poor service , I have never seen a small online business so slow to process returns and hold on to us to money so long !
I would not recommend !!

Cheap tat!
Very disappointed with the quality of their garments. Colours aren't 'fast' and run when washed. Their customer service offer no help, except to blame me for hand washing, when I used a 30 degree machine wash as per the care label. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY

Well that was an expensive mistake. Pay for postage, receive a very substandard product that looked nothing like the photos and was very low quality linen.(if it even was linen) Then pay to return and receive the refund weeks after returning. Will not ever use this company again. Over £6 spent on postage for a piece of rubbish.

Kit and Kaboodle sell lagenlook clothing that is often one size fits all. However, as the sizing can be very hit and miss, I would expect their returns, refund and customer service to be responsive to this variable. It is not. You have to pay for your own returns, currently around £4 to cover the item value, and then they do not process it for 14 days. I queried my return and the response was not really putting the customer first, and actually they seemed annoyed.
I told them I would no longer shop with them for the reasons stated, even though I love their clothes. Their response was silence. Not good enough.

I always love a bargain as I have limited money to spend but also like to look a bit different from the crowd

They sell a comprehensive range of items but the quality is not great, and I've had to return my last few orders. One top was torn at the seam. I would rather pay more and get a better fit and quality of fabric.

What an absolute joke of a company!!!
Placed an order for a dress about 17th April. Only when I received conformation did it say that it was on pre-order, expected with in 14 days. As I was going on holiday on 2nd May I was hopeful. I emailed them twice just to see if I was likely to get it before I left, no reply to either! So I called and it had come in 1that morning so it was sent out. I was so dissapointed when I saw it, it was enormous. How they can say it was for size 8-18 I will never know, I tried everything not to look like a sack of spuds but, I did. I completed the returns form and took it to the post office at a cost of £4.05. Absolutely know acknowledgement from the company that it had been received so again I called to be told- they wouldn't have even opened the parcel as, they were still dealing with items that had been returned the last week in April!! So I should be prepared to wait for maybe another 2xweeks before I get a refund!!
I am absolutely gobsmacked at such poor customer service that includes- lack of any communication on the companies part, staff who answer the phone talking over you and spouting the same sentence continously and unhelpful and condisending staff!!
All in all a very poor experience and by the time I get a refund they would have had my money for 6xweeks... not a bad return for them if they do it to mutiple customers!!

Love this company. The only time I needed to contact customer services they were incredibly helpful and sorted out my very small issue quickly .

Easy to order. Swift delivery. Good quality.

Kit & Kaboodal are my go to online store for clothing. Not only do they offer some great choices their customer service is very good.

Sizing istotally off - gigantic baggy clothes even though I’m a size 18-20 would have fit twice my size. Using size 10 models with clothes pinned at the back is wrong and false advertising and then they charge to return!
