CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE
Had an issue with the delivery which meant my package had disappeared. DPD claimed negligence and I was terrified my expensive birthday present from my partner had gone missing with no trace.
I emailed Kitbox customer service and a guy named Jamie called me from his mobile and he was FANTASTIC.
Not only did he reassure me of the parcel etc but he had managed to locate and apologised profusely for a mistake that wasn’t even there own. He walked me through where the parcel had been and gave me assurances of the warranty etc and the process of it was damaged.
Not only have I now got my parcel (which luckily is in good condition given it fell out of a delivery van) but I will 100% be using Kitbox again due to how fantastically helpful Jamie was. I cannot stress how much customer service makes a difference, and I will now recommend Kitbox to anyone due to my experience with Jamie alone.

Never heard of or used this place…
Never heard of or used this place before. I found a 5.11 bag for £35 less than everywhere else. I ordered it. It was despatched within an hour and delivered the next day by DPD. Item seems to be genuine and nothing wrong with it. Its a good quality bag although I wouldn't have paid the full price for it but was worth what I paid. The item was marked as out of stock after purchasing so I'm guessing I'd got the last one.

First time ordering and average at best sadly although great price. Slow dispatch and updates and Royal Mail tracked ( apparently to 16ft lol) managed to post my order to a random house several street away with the same number.

It is unfortunate that Royal Mail had issues with delivery, our customer service team did their best to help locate the parcel. We do monitor the service levels of our couriers to provide the best level of service but sometimes mistakes do happen.
