I'm really pleased with my Genesis recycled glass worktop and very much appreciated that George, Jo and the fitters Steve & Daz made what might have been a very stressful part of my new build much easier than I could have hoped for. Any reservations I had about ordering online were unfounded as there was always someone at the other end of the phone to talk me through the process. Thanks to all the team.

Excellent level of service from Kitchen Worktops Direct. Communication was first class throughout and nothing was too much trouble, including the efficient rescheduling of our delivery time. I had never actually ordered worktops before but I reckon that I couldn't have had better or more friendly help anywhere than from George and Jo. We love the new worktops! The reviews say it all. Excellent service all the way through exceedingly professional and very personal both Jo and George were more than helpful nothing was too much trouble and the process and communication exceeded expectation. There were a few small hiccups as with any project but these were sorted without it being a problem. We love our new kitchen and I would certainly recommend Kitchen worktops their service and value for money was amazing.

Immaculate service from the very first telephone call, Level of knowledge and advice brilliant (thank you George) culminating in my order that was significantly cheaper and better quality to my original concept. My order included installation and the fitter arrived with required material and fabricated the worktops on site. So very pleased with the final product and impossible to see any joints.

I needed a Corian worktop in a custom size for our bathroom vanity. I contacted a couple of places. One never came back to me. Which was lucky, as Kitchen Worktops-direct has been amazing. George made sure that I always knew what was happening. Although this was a minor job, and they could have said no, the experience and customer service were exceptional. I would definitely go back to them again in the future.

From the first time I contacted Kitchen-worktops-plus they were super helpful - the customer service has been exemplary throughout - not only efficient but really friendly - it felt like dealing with people who knew you personally. We had to reschedule delivery and fitting of our worktops on more than one occasion and the response was always completely "can do" - and indeed when there was a misunderstanding about delivery arrangements they dealt with it brilliantly, saving us a huge redelivery cost. Although the fitter had also to reschedule due to circumstance beyond his control he contacted us immediately to let us know and rearrange. He did a great job, was very pleasant to have around and dealt with a problem left him by the kitchen fitters - again with a great can do attitude. The tops look great and we were very pleased with the price.

One worktop that was delivered was the wrong thickness but the fitter pushed fwd regardless, as we were not there. When we went back to Worktop Direct they understood our frustration and gave us a discount to help soften the cost of the remedial work..they didn't have to make a contribution as we acepted the goods but as a goodwill gesture they did..thank you.

In a time where companies let you chase them, you guys were the opposite. Always in touch, always organised, well priced, so pleasant. The product was of great quality and the work was carried out by an expert. It’s taken me five years to get these shelves in as no one else followed through. Will definitely dream up more jobs for you, thank you. Helen and George Killearn.

George at kitchen worktops went above & beyond to help me source a worktop

They supplied and fitted a Hanex worktop for me. They were good to liaise with and the end result is fabulous.
George was easy to work with and Richard was a first class fitter.
The only glitch was a small cost increase as Hanex charged extra for a single sheet and London delivery
